What makes our experience unique is the possibility of learning how to make pasta from two Calabrian grandmothers and above all eating homemade delicacies. Not only that, but also having lunch with a Calabrian family in a totally unique and familiar context. We will tell you unique stories and you will learn a lot about Calabrian culture

We will make pasta, but the old fashioned way. A rolling pin and a pastry board and the joy of making pasta together with Nonna Caterina and Nonna Mirella. After the pasta making lesson we will show you our garden, our vegetable patch and our animals. Finally, before eating the freshly made pasta, a typical Calabrian appetizer with strictly local and homemade products. In the meantime we will talk about Calabrian food, traditions and history together with some excellent wine.

That was exactly what I wanted ! A real authentic and familial cooking class. Fare la pasta con la nonna e la sua famiglia, fresh food in the countryside, and a good laugh together :) I recommend to anybody who wants a valuable local experience over touristy events
