  It was a fast and smooth ride to the airport. Our driver Grant was 15 minutes early to pick us up at our hotel. There were only 3 of us in a van fit for i think 10 passengers. It was very comfortable with wide windows for maximum views of the scenery.

  Our shuttle driver, Kathy was excellent. She was punctual, professional, and made the ride smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how informative she was — sharing helpful details about the area and answering questions along the way. It made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

  Save yourself the hassle. If your flight is late or the customs line is long they will not wait for you. My son missed his ride today and they will not refund. The best they could do was make him wait another 2 hours for the next shuttle. After a very early wake up and hours flying who would want to then waste another 2 hours at the airport. Instead, arrange a private ride or an uber when you arrive.

  The transfer itself was excellent. The booking through Viatour was the worst in over 40 years of travel. My first confirmed booking was cancelled by Viatour less than an hour later. I tried again for a different time and received a confirmation with dead links to my ticket and trip description. The phone number link to call for assistance was a wrong number. It connected me to a wheelchair service. Viatour customer support corrected these problems but I later received a text from the company indicating that I had been booked for a different destination than the one on my (in writing) request. Fortunately the company straightened this out and the transfer went well.

  Kathy was an amazing driver and gave us information and fun facts from the area, even stopped for us to see a herd of elk! Super easy to find the pick up spot and communicative. We enjoyed our ride.

  When a shuttle is going to pick you up from an airport make sure you 100% know where that shuttle will be. There was no signs, no people, no phone number to call. It was very stressful.
