• Wonderful sunset tour

  We had a wonderful time on this tour with the Lady Tuk Tuk drivers and guide organised for us by G Adventures. Our group were picked up from the hotel and taken to a local village. Our guide took us round the stalls telling us about the local produce. We were then taken to a field in the country where we stopped. The lady Tuk Tuk drivers produced tables, chairs & drinks from nowhere and set them up in the middle of the field so we could watch the beautiful sunset. We were kept company by the resident water buffalo and hundreds of crazy ducks on a route march through the fields ( the ducks were hilarious). We stayed there until the sun had gone down then went on to a restaurant followed by a drink by the river on the way back to our hotel. The lady Tuk Tuk drivers were lovely and extremely confident drivers on the busy roads. We all had a very memorable evening and would recommend this tour.

  Excellent tour. The lady Tuk tuk drivers were lovely and we enjoyed the trip to the market and countryside and sitting watching the sunset. Great driving and very friendly service from the lady tuk tuk drivers and the local knowledgeable guide. Recommend.

  Absolutely incredible, authentic Cambodian experience. Our guide, Long, was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions while keeping us all laughing and having a great time! After touring through a local market, our group kicked back and relaxed while watching the sunset over a Cambodian rice field. No other experience like this one! If you want friendly and fun guides and tuktuk drivers, this is the tour to take!

  This tour was an optional activity on our G adventures Vietnam/Cambodia trip and organised by our tour leader, Sam. We were picked up by our lovely lady tuk tuk drivers at the hotel and embarked on a truly fascinating and authentic journey including visiting a local farmer’s house, experiencing local village life at the market sampling local delicacies and to end watching the beautiful sun set across the rice fields before returning to town. Having women tuk tuk drivers in Cambodia is something new so the tour both supports and encourages these wonderful women to fulfil their dreams of equality.   I really enjoyed this excursion with an very authentic real Cambodian experience. The tour guide also has nice stories and adjusted to our interests. If you want to see Cambodia in its natural form, definitely try this tour.

  We had a great experience going on the Cambodian Village Life Tour. A true look at the everyday life in Cambodia. Nice look at a monastry including a blessing. Lovely ride through the countryside and a look at the making of real Cambodian noodles, which were delicious. Drinks and food included as well as anything that needs to be paid for along the way.

  This tour of local establishments was a truly memorable experience and one of the highlights of our trip. It was very special to try real, authentic Cambodian noodles in small local places that we never would have found on our own. The food tasted amazing and gave us a genuine insight into local daily life and culture. As a lovely extra, we were even offered free drinks along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxed. The tour guide was extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. Their friendliness and enthusiasm really added to the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience authentic local food and a warm, personal atmosphere.
