We pick you up in vans equipped with air conditioning, we have the best service in the state, the food is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene. Please feel completely safe with our zip lines which cover the highest safety worldwide standards.
We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products.
The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs.
It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.

The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs

You can drive your own ATV as a single driver or share with your true love in a double service. ATV Insurance is included Discover a sacred cenote of the Mayan culture, they believed that cenotes were doors to the underworld. Here, you can enter as a warrior through a jump like Tarzan or you can access through a safe ladder. We will have around 35 minutes to swim here. We will go to the zipline circuit, here you can fly through the treetops. We have the best security equipment with the highest security levels in the world to ensure your safety. Enjoy a flavorful Tequila Tasting and explore all mayan mysteries in our Cultural Walk, where we will tell you about the history of chewing gum, vanilla, cochinita and the Mayan calendar. At the end, we will go to our restaurant to eat a delicious Mayan snack (2 tacos) before beginning our return to the hotel or meeting point. Explore nature in a different way!

5.00We had an amazing experience! The secluded cenote swim, zip lining, ATV ride, and tequila tasting were all so much fun. Every worker we met was incredibly sweet and helpful. The energy Nacho brought to the experience really made it! We brought our two kiddos (8 and 7) and they enjoyed it just as much—such a beautiful atmosphere for families. The only downside was that the bathrooms are only located at the front of the building, which made it a bit inconvenient while doing activities in different areas. It was about a 35-minute drive from our hotel at Moon Palace The Grand, but transportation was on time and very spacious. Just a heads-up for families: the website mentioned a 4-hour experience, but we ended up staying longer due to transportation schedules. Afternoon buses don’t leave until 6 p.m., and there are no taxis or Ubers available, so plan accordingly if you’re arranging childcare. Overall, still an unforgettable experience!

5.00I had an incredible time on the ATV, cenote, and zipline adventure. Everything was well organized, smooth, and fun from start to finish. Our guide, Nacho, made the experience even better. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. The cenote was beautiful, the ziplines were a blast, and the ATV ride was the highlight of the day. Highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Nacho if you can.

5.00Awesome experience, Nacho was an awesome tour guide and made everything smooth and as fun as it could be! Had trouble determining what was the best part of the experience. I would have to choose between the ATV’s or the water hole. Zip lining into the water was something I was very happy to do.
