We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products.

The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs.

It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.

For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.

The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs

We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.

Experiences were fun but they they took so long to give me change for the lockers (i paid $20 usd and waiting on $15 change) in the meantime of waiting they kept asking if I should just leave the $15 as tip. I repeatedly told them I would leave a tip but not the whole $15. At the end they just gave me $10 back basically giving themselves a tip. Then we purchased a photo and was waiting for our change on that along with our purchased photo and never came back to our waiting area. Buses called our group to go back to our hotel and no one in sight to ask about our change and photo while the bus drivers pressuring us to get in already before they leave us. So beware of them stealing from you in this sneaky way

This is my 1st time Zip lining, and I had a blast. The ATV ride needs to be longer, but it was great also. This activity is not in Tulum but it is really close to Tulum.

The best thing about this experience was the cenote and the tequila tasting. The zip lines were super short, the atvs were terrible, the one i got kept turning off and they make you stay in a single file line like you can't pass anyone soooo if the person in front of you is going slow, then that's gonna be your experience. I wouldn't recommend the atvs if you done them before. Other than that everything was amazing! The vibe was great our tour guide Humberto aka H kept us laughing the whole time, he also let my boyfriend barrow a pair of his glasses for the ATVs. I read some reviews that say they try to pressure you into upgrading or buying things but that wasn't my experience. I wouldn't recommend to people looking for first time experiences in these things.

It was a great experience! Beautiful scenery… not my first time doing ATVs but I had a lil incident that was out of my control and was not able to complete my ride which sucked! Ziplining was super fun and the tequila tasting was informative and cool.

My adult kids (18-21) went on this adventure. They had a lot of fun and we felt very comfortable letting them go. They got some awesome pictures too!
