Join us for a one of a kind culinary adventure on two wheels! On this guided tour, we’ll cycle to three carefully selected local food stops, spending about 40 minutes at each to hear their stories, meet the people behind the flavors, and enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences.

Each day’s lineup is unique and the menu is chef curated, showcasing substantial dishes (not just tasters!) that truly celebrate Canmore’s vibrant food scene.

Between stops, you’ll ride at a relaxed pace through some of the most stunning scenery in the Rockies. Pedal along the Bow River, cross the historic Engine Bridge, and take in sweeping views of the Three Sisters Mountains, Spring Creek, and Canmore’s charming downtown.

It’s the perfect blend of flavor, fun, and fresh mountain air. This is an experience that will leave both your heart and your stomach full.

MUST DO!!!! We just got back and had THE BEST day with Hannah! She was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish her amazing energy and knowledge of canmore really made our day. I can't thank her enough. 100% recommend this tour and absolutely ask for Hannah. Thank you so much for everything today... and the ICE CREAM to finish our ride was unforgettable.

Scenic ride on trails, paved and gravel. Guides were good. Food unique, local, delicious. E-bike to fit my small frame! And my husband’s tall frame.

Unique way to see Canmore. The e-bikes were such a fun way to see the beautiful scenery and the food stops were delicious. We went back to Lovely’s tonight for more ice cream. Ella was an encouraging and enthusiastic guide and it was fun spending the day with her. Highly recommend this trip!!
Flavor of Canmore makes us wish we could stay a little longer.

Loved our trip with Hannah. Helped us see Canmore in a personal way that we could never do on our own. We enjoyed her personality and conversation but more importantly her attention to our knowledge of trail conditions and safety. We had some rain during the excursion but I think it added some flavor to the trip. The three food stops were a perfect complement to our trip. 5 stars from all four of us.

Georgia (not sure if we are spelling her name properly lol) was amazing! We lucked out and got a private tour and had a wonderful experience with her!! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves food mixed with a little bit of activity!

Georgia and Ella were amazing tour guides! The trails were very scenic. And the tour guides were very informative about the area. Took our family of 11 with our 75 and 77 year old parents. The food was amazing! Highly recommend!
