5.00We had a beautiful trip on the water. The scenery of the coastline was incredible and there was time allotted to get out and do some swimming/snorkeling. It was the highlight of our holiday. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Could not ask for a better time.

2.00Unfortunately, the overall experience drags down slightly due to an incident with a diving mask I bought on site. The mask released the second time I’ve used since the same trip, which made me panic in the water. When I tried to claim it, I didn't get a hearing from the seller. She claimed that there was nothing wrong with the product and that they “never had problems before”. The most remarkable thing was that she said: “What if more people like you want compensation? There's nothing I can do. You can give it away to your children.” It felt both unprofessional and irresponsible, especially when it comes to safety equipment. I could never he away it and expose someone else to the same experience. I could neither use nor feel safe with the product, and therefore chose to leave the mask behind – even though I paid for it. The guide was super good 5✨ shame this pulled it all down.

1.00Our cruise ship was late getting into port due to having to detour around a French military exercise. We called 30 minutes before the tour telling them we were on the way. We had to find a taxi and the meeting point was a 15 ride. When we got there Black Tender said we were told it was too late. They would not make any accommodations to book us on a later tour except to pay the full price for another tour. Had they put us the later tour we would have been so appreciative, they would would have had a fabulous review and a handsome tip!
Beautiful coastline. Fun...

5.00This was hands down our favorite excursion on our trip (Mediterranean Cruise)! Viator made it easy to book, great instructions on where to meet, friendly guide, all around amazing!! Highly recommended!!
