I've taught Beach Yoga for 15 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class! I love being able to have our class right out on the beach and I teach it in a way that keeps us from getting all sandy while allowing everyone to enjoy a class that is both relaxing and powerful.

5.00This was a lovely way to start the day! The yoga was good for any skill level, and was a nice combination of relaxing/ stretching, as well as a little exercise and core strengthening. You can definitely go at your own pace and do what feels right for you.

5.00Enjoyed our morning on the beach doing yoga. My daughter and I finished off our long weekend trip with a relaxing, yoga flow. Kelsy is lovely and a wonderful instructor. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins swim by! Now it's back to school and work. I am looking forward to our next visit. Next time we'll come each morning. Do yourself a favor and just go. Kelsy will make your day better.

5.00Kelsey was great!!! Beautiful 🤩 & relaxing experience. She was very fluid with the yoga movements & had a nice calming effect. Plus the weather was magnificent.

5.00What a fantastic class! I’m a fellow yoga teacher and avid yogi, and I’m never sure what to expect when I attend yoga classes when I travel. This was an absolute treat! Kelsey is an outstanding teacher. Her sequence was mindfully crafted and offered something for all levels, while keeping us present and mindful of the beauty in front of us.
