This is the main point of interest during the vehicle tour. You will see the meeting of the two seas and can walk to the lighthouse to enjoy the views.

Incredible Far North experience!

5.00Highly recommend!! This is by far the best way to experience the Far North all in one, especially some very remote parts that you can’t access via land. Our pilot/driver Jonathon was an absolute gent, he was very informative and friendly! The sand dunes are amazing, Cape Reinga overlooking Cape Maria Van Diemen and where the Tasman and Pacific oceans meet is absolutely breathtaking along with all the incredible views of the bays and harbours along the way! Great team of people and well worth the money! A Far North must do!

5.00We had a wonderful half day trip with Salt Air. The weather was a bit iffy but we were kept up to date and told if we were not happy we could pull out. The weather was great. The flight there and back was so interesting with so much to see. Jonathon our wonderful pilot provided a commentary but not too much and we could share our observations. On landing in the far north Jonathon the pilot became Jonathon the tour driver and drove us up to Cape Reinga and then to a lovely beach for coffee/tea and muffins.(Thank you Boss’s wife for the lovely home cooked muffins). Back to the plane and back to Kerikeri and then Paihia completing a wonderful afternoon.
What a beautiful place to visit an absolute must.

5.00We had an amazing half day looked after expertly by Jonathan. Such a polite young man. He pointed things out along the route including sea life. This trip has been the highlight of our holiday so far and I highly recommend this trip. The views over the B-o-I are amazing. If you’re a nervous flyer don’t be our flight had no tummy somersaults it was perfect. Thumbs up to Jonathan.
Cape Reina and 90 Mile beach flight

5.00The whole experience was amazing. The pilot explained in detail about all the places we went to. There was a nice mix of walking activity to visit the Cape Reina lighthouse and see the views from this point. Nice refreshments enroute.

5.00This was an amazing trip- we were lucky to have a clear day and the views were spectacular- our pilot/guide Migael, was brilliant. Informative, charming and an excellent pilot. You walk down to the lighthouse-, up dunes, have coffee and home made muffins- perfect. Such a wonderful way to do this trip and still be back for lunch.

5.00An amazing experience and opportunity to see the stunning parts of Northland that you will treasure long after the day. This small group tour is the perfect way to see Northland from the air and ground. It was one of the very top things we did during our time in New Zealand. Jonathan was our pilot and guide for the afternoon, he was informative, very friendly and ensured that all passengers had an opportunity to see the wonders of the area. From Cape Reinga, to afternoon tea at a wonderful beach to the high sand dunes, to flying over 90 mile beach everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our time so special.

5.00We had a wonderful flight over this fantastic landscape. The many bays and the different colors of nature have impressed us incredibly from a bird's eye view. The approximately 1.5h-long flight and the tour with the small bus is worth every dollar - highly recommended. Thanks to the great pilot and guide Migael!
A magnificent walk

5.00Everything was perfect in this splendid walk: seven passengers in a small plane with which we fly over the beautiful coasts of the country, extraordinary views especially on return. We landed on the grass in a small field where we were waiting for a small bus to reach the lighthouse. The setting is sumptuous and the walk to the lighthouse is especially worth returning, because the slope is steep. Then, two small stops on a beautiful beach then at dunes for a time unfortunately too short for us to climb to the top. It's all been half a day that will be remembered for a long time.

5.00Amazing experience we were looked after from the moment we booked to drop off at a local restaurant. Johnathan was our pilot and he was very informative and flew so everyone got amazing views.
