  Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have been better. Entire family enjoyed this. We are family of 5 aged between 19 to 81 ! Just awesome.

• Bay of Islands Half Day Flight Drive

  We had an amazing half day looked after expertly by Jonathan. Such a polite young man. He pointed things out along the route including sea life. This trip has been the highlight of our holiday so far and I highly recommend this trip. The views over the B-o-I are amazing. If you’re a nervous flyer don’t be our flight had no tummy somersaults it was perfect. Thumbs up to Jonathan.

• Cape Reina and 90 Mile beach flight

  The whole experience was amazing. The pilot explained in detail about all the places we went to. There was a nice mix of walking activity to visit the Cape Reina lighthouse and see the views from this point. Nice refreshments enroute.

  This was an amazing trip- we were lucky to have a clear day and the views were spectacular- our pilot/guide Migael, was brilliant. Informative, charming and an excellent pilot. You walk down to the lighthouse-, up dunes, have coffee and home made muffins- perfect. Such a wonderful way to do this trip and still be back for lunch.

  An amazing experience and opportunity to see the stunning parts of Northland that you will treasure long after the day. This small group tour is the perfect way to see Northland from the air and ground. It was one of the very top things we did during our time in New Zealand. Jonathan was our pilot and guide for the afternoon, he was informative, very friendly and ensured that all passengers had an opportunity to see the wonders of the area. From Cape Reinga, to afternoon tea at a wonderful beach to the high sand dunes, to flying over 90 mile beach everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our time so special.

  We had a wonderful flight over this fantastic landscape. The many bays and the different colors of nature have impressed us incredibly from a bird's eye view. The approximately 1.5h-long flight and the tour with the small bus is worth every dollar - highly recommended. Thanks to the great pilot and guide Migael!

• A magnificent walk

  Everything was perfect in this splendid walk: seven passengers in a small plane with which we fly over the beautiful coasts of the country, extraordinary views especially on return. We landed on the grass in a small field where we were waiting for a small bus to reach the lighthouse. The setting is sumptuous and the walk to the lighthouse is especially worth returning, because the slope is steep. Then, two small stops on a beautiful beach then at dunes for a time unfortunately too short for us to climb to the top. It's all been half a day that will be remembered for a long time.

  Amazing experience we were looked after from the moment we booked to drop off at a local restaurant. Johnathan was our pilot and he was very informative and flew so everyone got amazing views.

  I would personally like to thank Bex, Michael and Stella for this wonderful day! This was a great experience to discover the north via a fly/drive tour as part of my roadtrip. As a hotel manager I experienced the hospitality of SaltAir to the fullest. Give Zoë some cuddles on behalf of me.

• Excellent way to see Cape Reinga

  I really wanted to see the Cape and this tour was so quick and easy, from the lovely informative ladies in the office, the man who drove us to the airport and picked us up after and dropped us back to our accommodation, and I can’t say enough about our pilot/guide who not only flew us up and down both the scenic coast lines pointing out all the sights, but then drove us to the cape, the Sandhills and the bay where we were served afternoon tea, I could not recommend this tour highly enough, especially if you are short on time as I was
