5.00It was amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional. We had to wait around 30 minutes until we were able to ride the balloon due to the windy weather, but the staff explained everything and fortunately we were able to go. Thank you for the great experience!

5.00This tour was top tier. The driver was on time for pick up and the ride to the balloon area was pretty close. Watching the balloons fill up and taking off was magical. The experience and skill that our pilot had operating the balloon was impressive to say the least. I never felt unsafe at any point. My boyfriend is scared of heights and he was extremely comfortable during the entire ride. The champagne toast after was a nice finishing touch. The crew will forever be remembered. Thank you for such a magical morning.

5.00Absolutely incredible! Finished off our holiday in the best way possible. Originally booked with a different company and after some serious disappointment of a cancelled flight (too windy), we were informed that they would be unable to move the booking to the any of the next three days. These guys came to the resuce and helped to organise us a last minute flight which topped off a fantastic trip to Cappadocia. Would highly recommend booking with them!

5.00We recently had the chance to go on a hot air balloon ride with Cappadocia Balloon Shop, and honestly, it was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. From the moment we were picked up, everything was incredibly smooth and well-organized. The drive to the launch site was comfortable and peaceful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel safe and excited for what was to come. What really stood out for us was the length and quality of the balloon flight itself. Unlike some other balloon operators that keep things short and stick close to the same few areas, our pilot took us on a long, immersive journey across the stunning Cappadocian landscape. You could tell he was really experienced—his control over the balloon was amazing, and he made sure we caught the best views at just the right altitudes. We stayed in the air for quite a long time, and not once did we feel rushed or like the experience was being cut short. The views were honestly out of this world. Floating gently over the fairy chimneys, the valleys, and the ancient rock formations as the sun rose behind the mountains—words can’t fully describe it. We could see other balloons rising around us, but it never felt too crowded. It was quiet, serene, and absolutely beautiful. Every moment of the flight felt special. The transitions in height, the gentle turns, and the commentary from the pilot added to the charm. You could tell that the team really values the experience of their guests and wants to make it unforgettable. Landing was super smooth, and we were greeted with a little celebration, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. The team helped with photos and even offered to take pictures for us, which we appreciated since we wanted to remember every detail. I would recommend Cappadocia Balloon Shop to anyone visiting the region. It’s not just a balloon ride—it’s a beautiful, well-curated experience from start to finish.
