Goreme Open-Air Museum
Goreme Open Air Museum is a UNESCO heritage site and it is an essential museum to understand the Christian heritage in Cappadocia. The monastic complex consists of hundreds of caves carved into soft volcanic rocks in hundreds of years. Today, the best examples of late Byzantium frescoed churches in Cappadocia are seen inside the open air museum of Goreme. Even though guiding inside the cave churches is prohibited by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, our guide will assist you to each church and explain the structures before you enter so you can understand what you are looking at when you are inside by yourself. Your guide will wait you outside each church and complete the tour with you unlike most guides waiting you at the museum cafe.
Karanlik Kilise
Karanlik (dark) church houses the best examples of late Byzantium frescoes of Cappadocia. This intact church is painted from the bottom to the top. It is very well preserved in time thanks to the narrow and shallow entrance. Extra admission fee of the Dark (Karanlik) church is included in this product. This keeps the majority of the tourists outside the church and you will be able to see the best frescoes of Cappadocia.

Amazing 12-day family adventure in Turkey

5.00We had such an amazing family vacation in Turkey and Ali Can was the perfect guide for our 12 day adventure. He coordinated a local guide for us in Istanbul, who was an expert in the history, the culture, the food, and the architecture. Ali Can then met us in Cappadocia and personally guided us through carved out cave cities, horseback and ATV rides, amazing ancient historical sites, hot springs and a hot air balloon ride, tasty local cuisine, tailored lodging, and more. We knew this trip was gonna be incredible, but the experience surpassed all of our expectations. Ali Can is a kind, thoughtful, heartfelt, and knowledgeable guide. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

5.00I booked a 5 day, 4 night tour of Cappadocia for my sister's 85th birthday. Erkan was a great driver, a storehouse of knowledge of the area, and a fantastic, caring guide. When he noticed my sister's mobility issues he immediately made changes to accomodate them, without sacrificing the extent of the trip. He listened to where we wanted to go, the things we were interested in and made plans to suit our wishes. Our hotels were wonderful, he took us places where we could sample the Turkish cuisine. He managed to book me a balloon ride and a seat at the Whirling Dervish ceremony. When e said we loved back rouads, he found back roads through small villages with narrow streets. It was a trip I will always remember for so many reasons.

5.00Ali Can is the best!! He was our guide in Cappadocia and made the trip 10x more worth it! His experience and knowledge of Turkey is evident on each tour. He is very passionate about giving his guests the best experience possible. He was so fun and kind. We got to know him personally and got to eat at his favorite local restaurant which was amazing. He gave us options on what to do so that we could do everything we wanted and more. He even woke up before 4am to give us the experience of a lifetime- seeing the sunrise with the sky filled with hot air balloons! It was the most breathtaking view that we will not ever forget! He was always so genuine and professional. Looking forward to the time when we can go back to visit!

5.00Fully satisfied with the tour they organized us in Cappadocia and Istanbul. We found professionalism and competence, everything went smoothly. We met the owner Erkan for dinner in Cappadocia and he made a very good impression on us. Our Italian speaking guide, Dafne Özlem, proved to be very knowledgeable and empathetic. I highly recommend this travel agency.

5.00We booked a 1.5 day trip through our hotel with Turkey Tour Organizer and are so happy we did. Turkey Tour Organizer made this one of the best tours we’ve ever done. Everything was setup for us, from cars, planes and guides. There was no concern at any point as Erkan was in touch with us the entire time ensuring that everything went smooth. He booked us into a suite at boutique and beautiful hotel. Our trip consisted of, flights from Istanbul (round trip) to a guided private tour, airport pickups and drop offs, and the hot air balloon ride.
