Fantastic caper tasting with a passionate local host, Giuseppe, who provided our group with plenty of insight into caper production and the history of Salina and the other Aeolian Islands more generally. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Giuseppe was amazing - we felt such a warm welcome on the island. Not only did we love the caper and wine tasting (so much mouthwatering food), but he also gave us an impromptu scenic tour when he picked us up and drove us to the caper farm. He went well above and beyond for us, including restaurant recommendations and language tips. Not to mention helping us secure a boat out to Stromboli the next day for the most magic night. Bravo! 👏🏻

My husband and I had a wonderful time learning about the caper production process while enjoying lunch and the beautiful scenery of Salina. Giuseppe is a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge and the D'Amico family gave us a warm welcome that made us feel like old friends. I highly recommend booking this experience during your time in Salina!

Visit, friendly, warm and very rich in information. We were able to taste the local specialties of capers, cheeses, caponata and fennel Not to mention the excellent Malvasia delle Lipari wine. A real experience in the traditional culture of Salina.

Our guide, Giuseppe, is very affable and knowledgeable about all things Salina, not just capers and wine. The tasting menu was delicious as well. We recommend this tour enthusiastically.

Really interesting and rewarding! Giuseppe is a golden guide loving what he does and loving the island of Salina! Tasting local wines and products in a very friendly atmosphere tops it all off

We had a wonderful tour with Giuseppe. We learned about capers and the local food and wine of Selena. The provided lunch board was also amazing to try all of the local food.
