Discover the best spots of the Gower Peninsula, one of Wales' five Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
At Mumbles village you will have free time to explore the charming little shops, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seafront or near the Norman castle.
Take a close look to Mumbles Lighthouse, which has been operating for 230 years.
Upon reaching Langland Bay, you can choose to embark on a magnificent cliff-top walk (1 1/4 miles - 2km) leading to Caswell Bay. Alternatively, if you prefer to relax, take some time for yourself to enjoy the beach or savour an ice cream by the seafront.
The highlight of your tour will be a visit to Rhossili Bay. Explore the surroundings with a stunning cliff-top walk, encounter Welsh wild horses.

5.00We had a wonderful day with Max. The trip was well paced and the scenery was beautiful both in Mumbles and Gower peninsula. Max was helpful and eager to share his knowledge on Wales and provide useful recommendations. We had a great day out and would recommend this tour to everyone visiting Cardiff!

5.00Nice day trip with friends. We got an impression of the south coast of Wales. Driver/guide Max gave a lot of information about Wales, both historically and about present-day daily life. Small tip: maybe fixed lunch spot provided.

5.00The experience I had on the trip was well worth it to see the most famous bay’s and can see why. My favorite was Bracelet Bay and Rhossili Bay. Just the view itself is an art to look at and want to sit there as you cool off from the wind and see the waves beach. Just very peaceful and memorable. I do want to give a shout out to my driver (Max) who did a great job assisting us on finding a nice view to see the whole area. There is a nice scenic walking pathway (40 minutes) to view one of the bays that Max will give you and highly suggest going because you see photo-worthy views.

5.00Highly recommend this tour with Max!! He was foremost, very knowledgeable. His love for the area was evident. He was a wealth of additional information, giving us recommendations how to spend our free time. He even guided us on an impromptu hike to get a better view of the Swansea / Mumbles lighthouse!! Thank you, Max for an unforgettable experience in the Gower peninsula.
