Had a great experience with the elephants. Our guide Coco Loco picked our small group up, and we were off. Loved meeting the elephants, and interacting with them. Everyone at the sanctuary made our visit a great experience.

This was my favorite excursion by far! From pick up to drop off, it was perfect! The small group was exactly what I wanted. We passed other groups on our way to the farm that were 2-3 times the size of ours. I don’t know how g the that many people could have had the intimate experience that we had. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The lunch was wonderful. The elephants are so impressive. Each with their own personality. They are so well cared for and it was nice to be part of that for a day. I looked at many other elephant excursions online and I am so glad that I chose this one. It’s a little more expensive than the others, but worth every penny.

What an unforgettable experience! Days later I’m still shaking my head in wonder. Getting to feed the grandmother, mother, & 2-year old baby elephant trio multiple times, walk with them through the woods (where the two senior elephants pushed over a tree to get the tasty leaves on top, followed by the baby trying to duplicate the feat with a sapling), give them a mud bath (everyone was laughing and the elephants clearly enjoyed it), and rise them off in the river (ditto) was fun and educational. The expense of caring for these three elephants is substantial, which is why Chanchai and his family have arranged this very special experience for their guests. Unforgettable!

Most immersive & majestic experience you’ll ever have! The staff & accommodations were excellent. From start to finish the staff made sure you had everything you needed and taught us so much about the elephants history, care, and environment. Most importantly though, they gave us the ABSOLUTE BEST hands-on experience with the three elephants in their care and left us with memories we will never forget!

We was picked up from our hotel, a little bit late but can't help the traffic. Very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. We joined the group with a couple from Singapore and another family from Czech and 3 guides. About an hour and a half drive away which was fun. We finally arrived at our destination and what a lovely setting, just 3 elephants, grand mother, mother and a little 2 year old which I can't remember the name but was very naughty but funny. 1st we was introduced to them then had the pleasure of feeding them, then we took them for a walk in the hills to watch them in their own environment which was beautiful. After that we walked back down the hill to a wonderful Thai lunch, then took the elephants down to the stream to watch them have a drink. After this the fun began, we took them and ourselves for a mud bathing then back to the stream to wash them off. This was our 1st day here in Chiang Mai and what a day to start our holiday. Will never forget it, the guides were brilliant and the elephants. These guys have no government funding and rely on us tourists to keep them and what a good job they do. Would highly recommend but remember you will get dirty in the mud but worth it.
