3.00The ride was nice and we learned some neat facts about the city and Central Park. My main complaint is that the ride on Viator says 50 minutes. We were back in 35 minutes. When I questioned him, he said it’s actually 45 minutes not 50 and it was shorter because we didn’t take photos at one of the opportunities. I didn’t argue, however if we had gotten out of the carriage and taken the one more photo we didn’t take, that would have only taken a minute or two. Considering the price, it would have been nice to have the full 45 minute ride, not get 10 minutes left because they were wanting to not be late for the next customer.

3.00No fault of the company, but our carriage ride was cancelled due to weather. They are refunding our money due to us leaving the next day and being unable to reschedule.

4.00I recommend if you are taking carriage ride for evening Christmas light stroll dont do Central Park carriage ride. The park has no lights and rink was closed, so was small souvenir shop. Recommend going with more daylight. Driver shared lots of details and history that made ride nice though. Do plan on dressing warm, blanket (which was provided was soaked with drizzle and cold winds through ride.
