Join our trip to some selected sites located in the Eagles’ Nests Landscape Park. During our one-day trip you will have a chance to see some amazing mediaeval buildings as well as some picturesque landscapes of the Krakow-Czestochowa Upland.
The Trail of the Eagles’ Nests is a tourist route running through the Małopolskie and Śląskie Voivodeships. It starts in Krakow and terminates in Częstochowa and has a span of 164 kilometers. The route’s name comes from the ruins of the castles and strongholds lying along it. They are called “Eagles’ Nests” due to their location on rocks, some of which are 30-meters high.

5.00Our tour guide was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and focused on the tour. We missed a few things due to it being winter and some locations closed or too far away while the sun is up but would recommend this to everyone.

5.00Five of us traveled together in a comfortable van with a very knowledgeable and kind man named Matthew. All along the way he provided information about historical battles, rulers, villages, nature, and personal experiences. We visited the seven most popular castles along eagles nest and I won’t lie, it was a work out. My mother, with a bad hip and two bad knees, joined us for the day, and though there were some staircases she couldn’t manage, Matthew was able to help her avoid these and provide her with alternative routes and views that she could manage. We were aLeo accommodated with plenty of bathroom stops for my kids as well. Because we went in early November, the tours were devoid of tourists and leaf covered trees. This provided us with some absolutely amazing views and photos. Pack a lunch and plenty of water and enjoy the tour! You will not regret this one.

5.00It was a very successful day tour. Our guide Maciej picked us up from the hotel on time and showed us the great castles in the charming countryside around Krakow. Maciej was a very pleasant and dedicated guide, he took care of everything, gave us interesting information about the respective sights, left us enough time for the sightseeing and responded to our wishes. A medieval festival took place at a castle and we were allowed to watch the horse show. It was remarkable that he led us to the Bledow Desert at the end, even though the estimated time for the tour was already exceeded. We would like to thank Maciej very much for this fantastic day.

5.00This was a perfect day trip from Krakow. The coordination for picup and drop off was great. Maciej was an amazing guide. He truly loves what he does and it shows in the care he takes and stories he tells. The tour itself was smaller so it made the adventire much more personable.

5.00Excellent experience. Castles were great and so was Majiec. He showed us all kinds of cool stuff. He even had a couple get engaged on the tour, with an amazing view in the background. And he acted as the photographer!
