1.00when tour was booked it was established where we would be meeting the meeting point was changed the day before the tour and that’s where we were waiting tour guide never showed up she waited at the original place when I finally received WiFi to communicate I asked if we could meet later because we were having lunch they said no be downstairs in 10 minutes I said impossible cancel and give me a refund then they went on to say we were still on United States time zone went downstairs tour guide was there and still wanted to do the tour once again I said no two hours have already been wasted
