Pre-book your Cat Cocos Ferry Transfers between Mahe and La Digue. If direct Ferry Service from Mahe to La Digue (or vice versa La Digue to Mahe) is not available on your preferred travel day you will be routed via Praslin to reach La Digue (or to Mahe on the return trip).
IMPORTANT : One can EITHER buy a One-Way or Return but Ferry Ticket Cost is per Person per One-Way Trip.
e.g. - Mahe to La Digue Island in Lower Deck is Euro63 per Person and
Mahe to La Digue Return is Euro126 per Person.
All names ie First Names and Surnames must be mentioned upon making bookings in order to book Cat Cocos ferry.
For children - date of birth must also be mentioned (compulsory). Note that there is a reduced rate for children of 2 to 11 years old.
Ferry tickets to be collected at the Vision Voyages DMC office at the Mahe Jetty.

1.00Visited Seychelles many times. This last visit in December 24 was shocking. My son and I were going to do a fast trip from Mahe via Praline to La Digue. The port ticket office asking price was SR 3200. (My son is 8 yo). That works out to £182.00 for a days travel. On principle I said no thanks. It's become an extortion racket,and I will not partake in it. I understand why Seychelles tourism is already down 17%. They will never learn. A few years ago they would not accept payment by local currency, tourists could only pay in Euros, Sterling or dollars. Most tourists chose to go to Mauritius instead. That no doubt will happen again in 2025!

5.00Arrived at the pier, luggage taken care of in a small office. No need to worry about it until the destination. The schedules are respected, the crew members are friendly. We traveled in 1st class, the seats are super comfortable.

3.00The most memorable part of our experience was finding out. There were no refreshments, as promised, in business lounge class. Please quit your false advertising. Plus, checking in was a nightmare. The QR codes don’t matter, they want a paper ticket.

3.00The ferry trip to LaDigue was not pleasant. And the time we got to Praslin, the ferry broke down, and we had to change boats. This took an hour off of our time in LaDigue. We were able to rent bicycles and ride as far as we could in the hour that we had to visit there. We reloaded onto the ferry to take us back to Mahe, and found that the ferry was fully packed with people, temperature inside was very warm, And we were disappointed and only having an hour on LaDigue. The Island itself was beautiful, but because of our miss adventure with transportation, we decided to go to Praslin, the trip to LaDigue was nice, but I would not refer this transportation company again.

3.00We have used Cat Coco for the past 10 yrs when travelling from Mahe to La Digue. The service in the pre-Covid 19 period was superb and exemplary on every level especially in the business class Lazio Lounge. The attendants were engaged, well-trained, and extremely helpful. Small snacks and beverages were served that made the one-hour journey pleasant. This time, in the post Covid-19 period, it cannot be described the same as excellent or exceptional as it was certainly not. There is limited staff presence, no beverages or snacks offered, and passengers with sea motion illness were not helped at all. Various thoughts come to mind as to whether the owners have a captivated passenger population, and therefore service does not matter anymore. Staff, when present tried, but they were not coping at all. Hopefully, this is a once-off experience, and future improvements will follow.

1.00Cat Cocos steals our money! NO REPLY! NO TICKETS! NO MONEY! Never again. We made a ferry reservation, received a confirmation, but without any tickets! After contacting with their office, we haven't received any more information... and tickets.

1.00Cat Cocos steal the money of tourists ( 170€ ) .The same .As well as Travizory Seychelles ( Mr.Tom Marten ) steal me 1285€ at 18.08.2022 and not return my money until now!!!

3.00When we went from Mahé to Praslin the sea was very stormy, a lot of high waves and wind. We were in the lower deck, it was awfull! Half the boat got seasick, a lot of people were throwing up! Including the 3 of us! Sometimes people were screaming because the boat was moving so badly and it was quite sceary! When we got back , from La Digue to Mahé we were at the upper deck, we left early , and we all took a pill against seasickness, and we didn't eat anything. Our host adviced us to do so. The sea was a bit calmer. Only one of us got sick. The crew is amazing, they really took care of everybody, going around carrying out vomit bags. So when you thing you're going to be sick, or even when you don't think so, book they upper deck!!
