IMPORTANT NOTE : One can EITHER buy a One-Way or Return but Ferry Ticket Cost is per Person per One-Way Trip.
e.g. - Mahe to Praslin in Lower Deck is Euro50 per Person and Mahe to Praslin Return is Euro100 per Person.
All names ie First Names and Surnames must be mentioned upon making bookings in order to book Cat Cocos ferry.
For children - date of birth must also be mentioned (compulsory). Note that there is a reduced rate for children of 2 to 11 years old.
Ferry tickets to be collected at the Vision Voyages DMC office at the Mahe Jetty.

5.00The process is very smooth for booking ferry on viator, you just have to show at the ferry, the a bar code, which is provided by message. Expert tip - try exchanging money in SCR and do the trips, trips included everything - car rental, snorkeling, even ferry😂 its a little cheaper Don't exchange on airport, they take extra charges without even telling

5.00Sailing between the islands is pleasant, comfortable and available with professional service. The schedules are a bit limited, but the testimony in the schedules is wonderful.

2.00Ride was alright. Organising was a pain. Had amended the booking online to add one more passenger. This was done days before my trip. On the day of my trip, however, I was not sent the ticket with the new passenger. Tried calling and WhatsApping the local Viator contact but no reply. Had to run around the port looking for where to get the right ticket. Found the Viator contact finally, who had printed the ticket. He made me wait while he searched his emails/messages to check when I amended the booking as he wanted to prove show me I had amended too late. Finally found the message showing that I had amended several days prior. Only then did he give me the ticket. Looked like he was trying to prove a point but he finally found that he is the one that missed it and failed to send the amended ticket in time. Disappointing. I’m at least grateful that the main WhatsApp contact replied and coordinated with the local contact on the day.
