  my family and I first time at Catalina island and this tour we toured with David and I gotta say we had a blast he had such great humor explained and showed us around spoke cloud and clearly we were all able to understand what he said also cracked some jokes which made things much more better I highly recommend to take this tour very easy to book worth the price also if you don’t like walking or walk too much this tour will show you the whole island. Rene once we were getting on the tour he was very nice and goofy thank you David and Rene for making our experience memorable

  Both Tim’s were experienced in Santa Catalina travel! Loved the history and insight given. Tim had quite the voice in song and I wish more of the guests appreciated the old school experience of time past! Unfortunately those in golf carts were rude in passing or parked on side of road.

  Overall good experience but the check in process was not smooth. I checked in with Desk and after receiving confirmation that I was good to go however I was not informed that I had to show QR code before actually boarding the shuttle. I should have been informed by the Desk clerk and/or an announcement before boarding shuttle.

  Our driver was an extremely rude man! Rushed everything and acted as though we were children. Even said, after the break, we will start down and the bison will be there but we won’t be stopping! Really? That is what we paid to see. All around he was not fun, enjoyable or anything that you want to pay to tour with…..very disappointing. The reservation staff were incredible! They should be doing the tours to gain the positivity needed.

  Looked forward to tour, but due to house fire in Avalon, was cancelled by tour operator. Still waiting for refund.
