  Tour operator never showed up. Viator should not allow this company (Cool Runnings) to be associated with them! We waited an hour with many calls. They claim I never set pick up point but I have all the texts/emails as props I did!

  Cool Runnings is great but Viator confirmed a booking that the local company owner wasn’t aware of! Therefore I paid for a catamaran as the end to an amazing holiday that was utterly ruined as it didn’t take place. All I need now is my refund in full after ruining my friend and my daughters last day in the island.

  We had a great time . I was a bit worried about going because my husband isn't a strong swimmer and after reading the negative review about them not helping a swimmer, I almost cancelled. We sure are glad we did not. The crew was very respectful and friendly . My husband ended up needing help getting back to the boat as the wind was a bit strong that day, so they jumped in and pulled him in, and were happy to do it. The food was good and drinks were plentiful and of course being out on the ocean was great. I did not see a 🐢 but I did see a white beautiful puffer fish. Highly recommend.

  Our catamaran tour in Barbados was booked by a very nice gentleman over the phone. The company they booked with in Barbados changed our time from 9:30 AM till 2 PM and then canceled the 2 PM tour.

  We went on a "Cool Runnings" catamaran afternoon trip booked through the Barbados Sandals resort. We would unreservedly recommend taking the tour that included snorkeling with turtles, shipwreck, and dinner. liquid libations were provided and we all inclusive. The crew were helpful and experienced, and we got the feeling that they were enjoying the trip as much as we did, which made the party atmosphere contagious. Highly recommend and was one of the highlights of our week-long stay at Sandals Barbados.

  We booked this trip via trip advisor for my husband’s 50th birthday. We received the tickets and proceeded to gat a taxi from our hotel to the harbour gate only to be told the trip was full. Still have not received a refund either!

  The lads are super attentive and hard working. They keep the vibes and energy high the whole time. It’s well run and efficient. Don’t drink to much and fall asleep in the sun like me, because the Barbados sun will scorch you. The snorkelling is alright but you will see turtles. The service on food and unlimited drinks is superhero style. Can’t leave a bad work about the crew and staff, they work hard and seem to love their jobs. A great experience none the less.
