  The experience was very good. The crew was great. The water was beautiful. We saw a stingrays up close at the beach. Thank you we had ceviche at the beach as well.

  Had a lot of fun! The guides were nice and we stopped at a spot that had a ton of stingray which was cool! And the food was really good too!

  Best snorkeling experience! The water was blue clear and warm with an excellent crew taking care of every aspect. I would highly recommend it and will be looking forward to going back. Same tour ! I loved the underwater pictures of our trip. Spectacular! Thank you for an amazing experience.

• Good, but with some savings

  The tour is very cool, but has reservations They put food in two lines being restaurants in Colombia and another line with Snacks, know that it's just Snacks itself( a cechive dish, with a little tortilla served at the last point on the surf board and that's it, it's NOT LUNCH as they say in the title, in the same we don't eat because we don't like it .. then go ready with snacks or the almoco itself (which we did not go and had lunch on the island) Beers and refreshes ended shortly after snorkeling, so don’t expect too much. The tour is good, very good guides, like Luis and the photographer I forgot the name and the place is beautiful by nature. NOT indicated for those who do not have physical condition, as it requires swimming, principally in the first point, so is that 1/3 of the boat was

  

• Cattle Boat

  Don’t do it. Cattle boat cramming. I would avoid this tour. Nothing but a cattle boat cramming the most people on to make money. They do not care about your comfort. Boat was jammed packed with people. There weren’t enough seats. People were sitting on the floor. Way too many people for the size of the boat. One little skinny ladder to use for 30 people to get in and out of the water. Took forever to get on and off the boat so not much time actually snorkeling. Rude people pushing their way in front of everyone. Food and drink aren’t provided until the last stop. The food was approximately 3 oz of conch ceviche a person, some chips and one small piece of fruit per person. However we didn’t get any fruit because everyone was hoarding it and it was gone by the time we got through to the snack board. It says open bar, whatever that means. They ran out of both margaritas and rum punch. Had very warm cans of beer left. The snorkeling itself entailed being corralled in a group of 30 people and constantly being told “over here, come over here”. So you were getting hit and pushed around by the crowd. 4 of us went at $80 each and then a park fee of $13 each and a tip of $10 each came to $412. I think you could find a smaller tour with only 4 or 8 people on it for the same price or cheaper.

• Beautiful places, average experience

  We visited 3 beautiful places and saw a turtle and lots of stingrays, fish and starfish. However, we were disappointed that the guides did not give a lot of information and also did not give people clear and strict instructions about how to not approach turtles or other sea animals as people tried to. We are just visitors in their habitat and home and should not disturb them. Two people also dropped their snorkle in the ocean and it ended up on the bottom. The boat crew should be responsible for removing this instead of leaving it there. We should leave no traces - and especially not plastic, behind! The food and drinks were ok. They did not go all the way back to the port until they had collected the «optional» tip which felt very forced.

  This excursion was amazing! My cruise ship arrived at port around 7:30 am, which gave us plenty of time to get to the Money Bar via taxi. The taxi ride was about $20 for 5 of us. The catamaran on our trip had 15-20 people. The crew on board was excellent. You will spend a lot of time in the water snorkeling, and we never really felt rushed. If you want to snorkel in Cozumel, make sure it includes these 3 locations (El Cielo, Palancar, Columbia). Do not waste your time snorkeling around the ports. We made it back to port with about 2 hours to look around the shops.

  A very nice day overall even with inclement weather. The equipment is in good condition. I bring my own, but spouse used theirs and it was acceptable for 'rental use'. Flippers are available if you ask for them; which you should. The 'lunch' was mediocre--some ceviche and chips which would have been much better if served on the boat as opposed to in the ocean. The waves made it challenging to eat food on a surfboard. This is more of a snack than lunch. Strongly suggest bringing bread along; the fish at the reefs will congregate if you feed them. If you read the waiver you have to sign (nobody does) you will be astounded at what you are agreeing to.
