1.00The arrival was appalling no one to meet us … no direction signs to pick up … driver was late … staff were really disorganised … never again I would just arrive and organise yourself … no plan in advance as to the travel process … really bad service !

5.00Honestly from meeting these people the service was exceptional and seamless. All the staff were brilliant, if anybody wants a transfer to Baracay from Catalan airport I would highly recommend them.
