  Very easy to navigate. We met the guide at the designated location, from then on all we had to do is get the air conditioned transfer to the port, the guide sorted all the admin and we got onto the ferry, met with another guide and got the transfer to the hotel. Went really smooth

  When we arrived we had to wait almost 40 min to be picked up, while every other operator on site drove away. At the dock, we had to wait again with no information. After a while they said that we had to wait for an hour. Thankfully, it only took 15 min after some other guests were complaining.
