• Absolutely Unforgettable – A Must-Do Experience

  This zip lining, monkey, and cave excursion was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the experience was truly above and beyond anything we expected. The staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and excited, no matter their experience level. You can tell they love what they do, and that energy made the entire day even more special. The zip lining was thrilling, the monkeys were an absolute joy to see up close, and the cave portion added such a unique and memorable element to the adventure. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and thoughtfully planned. Transportation was seamless, and the drivers were professional and friendly, which made the day completely stress-free. What truly set this excursion apart was the people. The entire team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. They didn’t just run an activity—they created an experience. If you’re even slightly considering this excursion, do it. You would be absolutely crazy not to partake in this incredible adventure. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

• Tourist trap

  Fun, but too touristy. The whole zip line was 5 lines no longer than 200 feet or so at the longest and we all over the same commercial courtyard. They wasn’t much nature to see. It was about 20 minutes of zip line experience. The staff was the best part. The cave tour was pretty lackluster. The formations aren’t very developed.

  Zip line was great fun and well managed, felt very safe. Only issue was the timing of the pick up, we were dropped at the venue at 8:30 for a 10:00 tour, and the venue was not open until 9.

  Wish I could separate our day with different reviews. Zip line experience was very nice. Not the longest or highest but still very enjoyable. The team running it, led by Governor, were amazing hosts and made us feel safe. Harrison Cave was another story. We regretted getting the package with the Underground tram tour. Didn’t realize we could walk on our own and would have chosen that instead. Our guide, Sierra Club as rude and made us feel very unwelcome. My son wasn’t allowed to sit on an outside seat. He wasn’t allowed to sit in the front. She starts the tour by threatening the group with jail if we even touch the wall. Drive and stop for a couple photos. We were glad when it was over. Grounds around the property were very nice. I wouldn’t say the park was bad but it is not a must see.

  The actual tour experience itself was great, and I want to specifically acknowledge the zipline staff, bird handlers, and cave guides—they were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job once we were on-site. The activities were fun, engaging, and well worth doing. However, the overall organization and communication were very poorly managed, which caused unnecessary stress and panic throughout the day. • We were given the wrong meeting point, and multiple attempts to contact the team for clarification and pickup details received no response. • This led to a delayed start of the tour, creating confusion and anxiety, especially for cruise passengers working on tight schedules. • Even during cruise drop-off, there were no clear directions or guidance, leaving guests unsure of where to go or what to do next. While the experience itself was enjoyable, the lack of coordination, responsiveness, and clear communication overshadowed what could have been an excellent excursion. Better planning and real-time support would greatly improve the customer experience and avoid unnecessary panic for guests. I hope this feedback helps improve future operations, because the people running the activities themselves are truly doing a great job.

• Zip wire & cave

  Zip wire was extremely good Caves experience was quite disorganised as we were 30 minutes late starting the tour As was the transport service from the hotel was great, but very disorganised on the return. With little communication from the staff. Left nearly 50 minutes later than anticipated

  The zip line guides were amazing. Shout out to Kamal and all of the guys. They made us feel safe and all had great personalities.

  The zip line was fun but very small and underwhelming. You just zip over the people and buildings below and we saw zero monkeys. The zip line crew were a lot of fun - very high energy! The caves are amazing and should not be missed.

  This was a good experience. I can't rate it higher due to the fact, that we did not get picked up by the shuttle as promised. We had to drive ourselves. We had waited for 1 1/2 hour. If you go, pick the earlier time as we went at 2 pm tour and it was rushed due to the rain. We didn't see any monkeys.
