From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

5.00Booked this tour during our Caribbean cruise, and it was the highlight of the trip! Everything was well-timed, and we made it back to the port with plenty of time to spare. Stingray City was magical, and the coral gardens were breathtaking. So glad we chose this over the big cruise ship tours!

1.00We booked stingray city, starfish point and coral gardens via Get Your Guide. Then end of February I get an email from Next experience that they do no longer business with get your guide. If we wanted the excursion we had to book via another agent or directy with them. Which I did, received a ticket with the pick up point. Because we were on a cruise, the pick up was at the public entrance of the cruise terminal. Unfortunately no guide showed up. I made a call to the phone number on the ticket, no reply! Emails, no reply! Until I escalate via Paypall. The I get the message that we did not follow the directions to go to an office 8 min walk from the terminal and hence did not show, but we never got those directions and had only the ticket pick up. I asked for prove of the directions but then again no response. I say don’t book with them, unreliable!!! Looking at Get Your Guide, it is still possible to book! For just a few dollars extra they mislead you!!

4.00Transport provided from our hotel was appreciated, boat clean and all staff were great! I would recommend this tour. The starfish stop at the end was a bit anticlimactic. The stingray experience was amazing! Definitely a must do while in Cayman!

5.00This was the best tour of our whole trip! The crew was fun, knowledgeable, and made the experience unforgettable. We snorkeled with fish and stingrays, and the water was so clear. Highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

3.00The experience itself was good. The boat Captain and his assistant were too notch. On that alone It would be 5 stars. But getting to the meet point was 1 star at most. To start with, the time to meet was changed from what is listed in app. Also, we were never clearly given the name of the business so we got lost trying to find it because the directions to find the meet point said to "turn left and go 1/2 to 4 blocks depending on where we came ashore." Problem is they didn't say how to determine how far to go. So, we missed our meet time along with several other guests. Thankfully, they allowed us to join a group that only had two stops instead of three, so the day was mostly salvaged. Neat idea. Post a picture of the front of Captain Marvin's or even tell us the name and we should be able to figure it out a whole lot easier. Or send someone over to hold up a sign with guests names. For the couple thousand dollars that your business got from just our tour group that day, it shouldnt impact your bottom line too much to do that.
