The balloon trip was a highlight of my Mexico City trip! We flew over the two pyramids, and saw amazing views of the town. The entire process was smooth!

This was a wonderful experience. Our driver picked us up after 4:30am at our apartment in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City and drove us to the Nuevo Cielo facility near the pyramids. There, we received friendly and efficient service from the staff. Our balloon pilot was great, and we had the benefit of being in a small basket with only 4 visitors total. The views were terrific! Afterwards, we had a fun sit-down breakfast (not a buffet) in a cave, plus plenty of time to walk around the pyramids. Finally, our driver took us back to our apartment in Mexico City. A great all around experience!

A very exciting and beautiful experience. I felt immensely fortunate to experience the hot air balloons with Nuevo Cielo. I would recommend this experience for ALL!

The trip was amazing definitely recommend especially if it’s your first time. Seeing the sunrise was beautiful up high in the sky. The pyramids were also a wonderful experience seeing them up from the sky was something to be dreamt of. One of the best experiences!
