  This was such an incredible experience from start to finish! My friend and I booked the Teotihuacan hot air balloon tour and it exceeded every expectation. The guides were so kind and attentive throughout the entire day, and the balloon ride itself was breathtaking. It was peaceful, beautiful, and the views were unreal. I have to give a special shoutout to Jessica at the El Jaguar shop. She was so knowledgeable about the stones and genuinely enthusiastic about teaching us about the local plants and their uses. Her energy was contagious, and I was so moved that I ended up buying an espresso liqueur and some bracelets with the jewels to take home with me. The tour included so much that I truly felt like I got my money’s worth and then some. I would do this experience 100 more times with this company, their team, and their guides. If you’re considering booking, do it. You won’t regret it!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Great experience. An amazing experience with very prompt professionals! I reached out via WhatsApp to schedule the pickup location and they were able to just pick me up at our bed and breakfast. Extremely prompt. Super on time and the timeliness is awesome. Made it to the pyramids for the sunrise and the view was breathtaking. Once we were done with the balloon ride, we scooted to the Jaguar Hotel for a breakfast buffet that was included. It wasn’t gourmet by any level, but it was fairly alright and included. After the buffet, we were met with some folks associated with the gift shop (or I think the gift shop) where we learned about the local things and talked about the local things. It appeared this was a normal thing for all the groups, not just this company. Lastly, we made our way to the pyramids. The ticket wasn’t included but it was 210MXN at the ticket counter. We went to both pyramids and loitered around for about an hour. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it and highly recommend this crew.

  Unreal experience a must do in Mexico City! Everything about this balloon flight was very professional from start to finish. The pick-up was smooth and punctual, which made the early morning much easier. The view is so unreal seeing the pyramids from above is something I'll never forget. They even celebrated my birthday with a small cake, which felt very special. I am so grateful for that touch. Gracias! If you are in Mexico City, definitely do it!   The views were unreal, the ride was peaceful, and the whole crew made it feel personal — not just another tourist activity. You can tell they genuinely care about creating an amazing experience, not just doing a job. If you’re thinking about doing a hot air balloon ride — DO IT — and if you’re lucky enough to get this team, you’re in for something truly special.   Everything was great as expected, we got picked up right at the door of our hotel, everyone including the driver was very very nice and friendly. The flight was beautiful and everything went on very smoothly and the pilot was very professional. The breakfast afterwards was very good, i recommend lining up for the pork quesadillas that the cuban lady is making on the side because they were definitely a highlight, and she is a very kind person. I think the only negative thing is that tickets for Teotihuacán were not included. But other than that it was a great experience and i would for sure do it again and I’d love to bring the rest of my family to do it with me next.

  First of all, it was a very happy experience. Regardless of the amount, they were as thoughtful as possible for us. There was absolutely no pressure regarding videos, photos or memories, and the included meals were comfortable to eat at a buffet and delicious. The best part was his attitude. I was touched by your consideration for the participants, and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

  Very nice experience. We would normally do this tour on Monday. Unfortunately it was foggy that day. We were informed and we planned a later day. It turned out to be a bright day. Being able to see Teotihuacan from the balloon first and then walking around it yourself will help you understand the greatness of the site and make it memorable. The balloon went perfectly over the pyramid along with the sunrise. Jose organized a good driver, breakfast was in order. There was something of (non-committal) upselling, although this tour remains a nice package. Do provide warm clothes for the morning (January). This day was worth it for us double and thick.

  The whole experience was amazing! The facilitators are working their best to get you the most unforgettable journey. I also liked it when the maneuvered the balloon very close to the pyramid I haven't seen it being done with others.
