4.00This was a convieniant way to experience the Temple of Leah, TOPS Cebu and dining at Top of Cebu. It is self-guided so you are paying for a private driver, some entrance fees and the dinner booking (the food was preordered - it was a good selection so this didn't bother me, but if you want to select your own, this might be an issue). Sure, you could probably manage this significantly cheaper on your own, but for convienience, this is a good option.
