The Bastion, defined around 1600, represents the northern end of the city walls surrounding Cefalù on the sea side; it is the highest point, and on this was built the polygonal base platform with the tip projected towards the sea, almost like the bow of a boat. The suggestive and elevated position compared to the city center allows a perfect view over the entire gulf in front of the city, with the Madonie mountains behind to protect Cefalu from the inside, almost like a safe embrace that continues the work of defense of the defense walls.

5.00Magic day between sun, sea and relaxation. Everything organized in detail, from the itinerary to the aperitif on board (delicious!). If you want to experience the sea from a privileged perspective, this is the excursion to do. We will definitely be back!

5.00I had an incredible experience on this boat trip today. Since it’s the off-season, I was actually the only person who booked — and instead of canceling, they still took me out anyway. That alone says a lot about how much they care about giving people a great experience. They also knew it was my birthday and went out of their way to make the day feel special, which meant a lot. From the start, the whole trip felt relaxed, fun, and really personal. The snorkeling was amazing with crystal clear water and beautiful spots to explore. They put out snacks and champagne while we were out on the water, which made it feel like a little celebration. They also let me control the music, which made it feel like my own private boat day. One of the coolest parts was that they took photos for me during the trip and even let me drive the boat for a bit — such a fun and unexpected highlight. Overall it was an unforgettable experience. The crew was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make the day memorable — even for just one guest. I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

5.00We had a wonderful time out on the boat with Mikko. The views from the sea of old Cefalu are stunning and definitely worth taking time to do. It’s comfortable, the snacks are good, and the scenery is unbeatable! If you are in cefalu we highly recommend this tour!
