Cenote Taak Bi Ha

The underground cenote Taak Bi Ha is situated in the Parque Dos Ojos and is especially suitable for a great snorkeling and diving experience. With crystal-clear waters and spectacular rock formations, it is incredibly beautiful and surrounded by the Mexican jungle. If you would like, we can also visit an open cenote or a cenote with zip-line instead of the underground one.

We had the best time on our excursion! Truthfully I wasn't sure what to expect, especially with mt youngest daughter(6) but we all had a great time and Daniel made such an effort to make sure everyone was enjoying ourselves! I couldn't even tell you the best part because it was all so good! Snorkeling in the cenote was absolutely stunning. Tulum was breathtaking and Daniel offered so much information along the way and even ok the drive there about the history and culture. We all loved it so much and will definitely book again on future trips! Thank you so much Mile and Daniel for a great day!

We had the most incredible day exploring with Ivan. He picked us up at 7 am and waited for us while we finished breakfast. First, he took us to see the turtles at Akumal, and it felt truly magical. It’s about an 1.5hr drive from the hotel zone in Cancun. It was just my mom and I and we had all the time to take everything in. We also had a great chat in the car on our way to see the tortugas! 🐢 After that, he brought us to the Minotaur Cenotes, which were absolutely unforgettable. The Cenotes were private and not crowded. We even went through a narrow, tunnel in the Cenotes which was thrilling and I am so glad I found the courage to do that! We even saw cute little bats, definitely a once-in-a-lifetime moment! We paid a flat fee and all the admission tickets were included. He also provided us with snorkeling gear. What made the day even more special were the thoughtful local touches. Ivan stopped at a small neighborhood grocery store to show us everyday life in the area where we bought some local beer and snacks (plus some tequila🤣) and then took us for authentic local tacos that ended up being some of the best we’ve ever had. Even the tortillas were made in house. We got to see the authentic Mexico, not just the hotel strip. We saw wild animals (Coati). So special. Throughout the entire trip, Ivan took wonderful care of us- patient, attentive, kind, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He learned some Polish too, now he knows a few words (and he’s good at it) It was one of the highlights of our visit, and we absolutely recommend booking with Travels with Mike and especially with Ivan.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the turtles and cenote tour with Manny as our guide! The private tour was the best for our small family. Our 6 and 7 year old were a little afraid of getting in the water and Manny was so good with them! We booked off of recommendations from others and I’m so glad we did - we would highly recommend this company for your adventures around Cancun!

We did 3 1/2 day private tours. Firstly chichen Itza and a cenote with Danny a Dennis and a lovely meal and opposite a nunnery in Valladoli . Excellent knowledge and guides 5*. Then did tour of the tours with Ivan. Again 5* tour guide. Amazing knowledge. Even took us to local taco restaurants to experience the authentic cuisine. Amazing. All the tour guides were 5*. Definitely recommend Tours with Mike

Absolutely loved this trip! Ivan arrived early and got to a couple of nice spots before the crowds arrived. Ivan kept us entertained with relevant information about the area. 100% recommend booking with them.

We were lucky enough to spend the day with Ivan who took us to Akumal to swim with sea turtles and the beautiful Taak Bi Ha Cenote. Not only did Ivan provide exceptional service, but he went out of his way to make my 5 and 8 year old feel comfortable and he was wonderful patient with them. Ivan also took pictures for us and provided us with so much knowledge throughout our tour. We will absolutely be booking with Tours with Mike again and asking specifically for Ivan. Thank you for the beautiful memories you helped us capture and your happy energetic nature. You made this experience a 10 out of 10 for my family.

We had such a great experience on our excursion! Our tour guide, Ivan, was fantastic — very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and incredibly kind. He shared so much interesting information throughout the trip and made sure everyone felt comfortable. We loved that he took us to an authentic Mexican restaurant for some delicious tacos, and he even made a quick stop at a 7/11 for my kiddos, which they really appreciated! Highly recommend this tour and Ivan as your guide!

Ivan and Dennis were amazing! Funny, friendly, and great guides all around! We ending the tour at a great taco spot they brought us to. The perfect way to end a day of swimming.

I went to the turtle and cenote tour and had the best time! Our guides Ivan and Dennis were amazing, funny, and made sure we had the best time. Ivan kept us laughing the whole time! He even went above and beyond for a member of our group that didn’t feel too well. We saw so many sea turtles, a huge ray and beautiful colored fish. The cenote was breathtaking! For the end of the tour we were brought to a taqueria and had delicious food for lunch. Take this tour!
