Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
For address pickups, free waiting time is 15 mins; for train stations, 30 mins. If delayed beyond this, waiting charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

Once a passenger has booked a journey from London hotel or address to Southampton Cruise port, , we send a confirmation email with full pickup details. On the day of departure, our driver will arrive to selected hotel or address and transport the passengers safely to Southampton Port

5.00This door to door service takes all of the stress out of getting from central London to your cruise ship. On time, luggage taken care of, very clean and comfortable car, very polite good driver and probably a quarter of the time it would take using public transport.

5.00Hussain was great! Arrived early, vehicle spacious, immaculate and comfortable. He hisself was very well groomed and presented a smile and genuine care for our comfort and safety. The men in our party are very tall and robust with some knee and back issues- comfort is the difference for them for a good trip or bad. If you are over 6’4” and built like football players in back and shoulders this driver and cab are for you. Safe, comfy and truly worth the extra money. Reasonable really for 4 adults and a 2 hour trip. Thanks Hussain!

5.00Pick up was right on time at our hotel. Our driver, Ida was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Arrived at the port in good time. We had a larger van for 6 people and a lot of luggage. 😊

5.005 Stars. Booked last minute 12 hours before I needed them. Booked the wrong car and time due to the stress and urgency. The morning of I called and was on hold for 5 or so minutes. When they came back a car was there to take me. Can’t thank them enough absolutely fantastic service!
