Our tours to Český Krumlov typically look like this. You will be picked up in Prague at your address that should be in a city centre. The drive in a van for max. 8 people usually takes 2 hours as CK is 175 km away from Prague. You can relax and enjoy views of our countryside on the way.

We will park at the main car park and Filip, the guide, takes charge of the tour then. We will climb a short hill to the castle. You will be taken through all castle courtyards, you will learn many interesting stories and you will be shown best places for pictures. We will leave the castle going down to a river, crossing a bridge, where we can have a lunch in a medieval restaurant.

After the lunch you will be given a free time to explore the Old Town. You can even leave before lunch to have it anywhere you wish. It is your free time. I will give you recommendations about what to see and about shopping places if you want. We will meet again at the car park in the end and we will go back to Prague.

A castle complex in Cesky Krumlov is the second biggest in our country. We will walk through its all 5 courtyards and I will tell you everything about it. STORY TIME! We are not visiting any interior part of the castle.

The drivers and guide were awesome. It’s such a beautiful place and they gave us some great history and I strongly recommend joining them for the authentic lunch in town if you have a chance

I knew about the steep climb, but if someone didn’t know, it might be difficult to walk up the muddy hill climb

Incredible experience! Pickup was coordinated by our Airbnb and the van was clean and comfortable. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. He provided an excellent lunch recommendation and we had plenty of time to explore and shop.

We loved our excursion..... our driver was prompt and the van comfortable. Our guide Phillip was super knowledgeable about the history of the Cseky krumlov... it was breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a must do recoo for all my freinds that come to prague

The guide was very knowledgeable and skillful. We were a bit disappointed with the castle appearance and that we didn’t get to see any of the inside of the castle. The castle was very cold. We did enjoy exploring the town and the Christmas market. You should consider added some short side trip to break up the long 2 hour drive.

Cesky Krumlov Old Town is really worth a visit, a small fairytale town preserved from the Middle Ages. However, VERY well attended and adapted for tourism. Transportation from/to Prague was comfortable is a van for 7 people. Once there, a group joined from one to van plus a guide. The group was quite small and easy to handle for the guide, so the guided part (mainly the castle surroundings) was effective and the guide was very good. We had a couple of hours for the city itself which was enough to see most things and to eat lunch. Personally, I would have liked more time, but realize that over one day it would not have been possible. After the guided part, we were recommended a visit to an 'authentic Bömisk' restaurant with old style Bömisk food. It felt like a tourist trap and the food was what you would expect from a tourist trap. There are plenty of restaurants in the city where you are likely to get more tasty food.

Our guide was absolutely wonderful for starters. He gave us enough history info but not too much to overwhelm us. The town is Celaya Krumlov is absolutely beautiful and this tour nails it.
