The experience is made in our home where we exhibit many pieces of Peruvian art and that help us tell our stories.
We are producers of pisco, we have our own factory in the province of Ica! Therefore, you can try many varieties and make your own pisco sour with the flavor of your choice and that you will surely not find in any restaurant in the city!
We are constantly traveling throughout Peru and Jose Antonio is a Professional Chef, so we will give you unique tips of restaurants, local places and secret sites so you can customize and improve your trip within our country.
At the end of the experience, we have a surprise!

We’ll start by tasting different exotic fruits and learn about the history of the INCA (Macerado de pisco) drink and try up to 10 different flavors. We produce our Pisco! We'll cook! First course : Tuna tart (fresh fish of the day tuna mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil, avocado and lemon. Served in cookies). Then, we will enter our bar, to know the true history of the pisco, you will choose the flavor you want (we have 10 options) and we will make together the official recipe of the PISCO SOUR. To finish this gastronomic adventure, we will prepare : THE FISH CEVICHE, with our secret recipe that makes it really unique in Lima! 5 STARS! Remarkable. Throughout the experience, we will take photos and videos that we will share with you. In addition, we will send you recipes and all our recommendations and tips from: Lima, Paracas, Cuzco, and Northern Peru to enjoy your stay to the fullest. You will enter the elevator experience. 5.00Amazing experience! Jose Antonio is so friendly I felt I was just having a casual afternoon between friends, making the experience 100% better. If you are in Lima you can’t pass the opportunity to learn from a professional chef about Peruvian food. First, we did tuna tartar, the tuna was fresh and tasty , then we made a pisco sour and a ceviche. The food was incredible, honestly one of the best ceviches I had on this trip…and the pisco sour was wow! Que experiencia!! I will repeat on my next trip to Peru. 100% recommended. Gracias Jose!

5.00We went for my boyfriend's birthday. We are lovers of knowing in depth the flavors of the places we visit, we are from Colombia. After Antonio told us about his career with such love, we can say that it is an absolute privilege to receive a lesson from him. The tuna tartare and the ceviche were so fresh and tasty with explanations about everything we were doing including the tasting of the lovely piscos and local recommendations. Jose Antonio was lovely we had such a great time and would definitely recommend this to others.
