My family of 4 had a great day exploring the Nadi Hindu Temple, fresh produce markets, shopping at a department store , hiking the Garden of the Sleeping Giant and getting muddy at the Tifajek Mud Pool & Hot Springs. Our driver and guide Ravi was so kind, funny and hospitable. He was very knowledgeable, shared local culture and history and made our day fun. It was nice not being in a large bus tour.

Manoj was a gentleman and very informative. Extremely pleased with the tour and being allowed to see the village. Really humbling experience. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the day. Manoj was on time, professional, knowledgeable. We didn't realise it would be a private tour, but the clean and comfortable car was a welcome surprise. Plenty of variety through the day. Hot Springs were a highlight. Certainly recommend.
We did not eat the mud pies!

I knew we would cover with mud, but I was not expecting twigs, leaves and even small pebbles in the mud. The first rinse was in an equally disturbing substance. The warm water was murky and the bottom was slimy. The second rinse was warmer and the water a little clearer. the third rinse was even warmer and in a more civilized pool. The last was hot! in a tiled pool, but I was a little put off when one of the local/employee/owner gets into the pool and proceed to "bathe". She took off various pieces of clothing, gently rubbing them and wringing them out before putting them on the side of the pool. We also went to the sleeping Giant. It was a wonderful botanical garden. Many orchids and the bird of paradise were bigger than any I have ever seen. We enjoyed the many varieties.

Excellent experience. Gardens and mud pools were beyond amazing. The driver was outstanding. Incredible local knowledge and patient with us as well. No rushing and easy going.

This tour was ok if you need to something to do. The Indian temple was kind of interesting, the land of the sleeping giant was a good walk through botanical gardens. The small farmers market was a bit of a waste of time. The mud pool was good, although we thought we would be lying in mud but there were simply buckets of mud, which you lather yourself in, then clean yourself off and the next pool was a hot spring, which was really good. The village tour was ok, our local village guide was friendly and knowledgeable, with the villagers selling trinkets.

We had the most lovely experience with our tour guide. His name, unfortunately I didn’t write down. But he was amazing. Very knowledgeable & so easy to get along with. Nothing was a problem. He picked us up on time from Club Wyndham. He explained the meanings & history of the Temple. The village was very interesting. The Sleeping Giant Gardens very tropical & lots of different plants & trees. The Mud Pool was such a different experience. Felt so good after. Very well organised by all involved. Loved our day out. Big thanks to our guide.
