  Absolutely top quality incredible experience from start to finish. Neils was so knowledgeable and an amazing guide for the day who made sure the day ran seamlessly ensuring the most magical day. Pick up point was slightly confusing as there was 2 addresses on the same street but once on the coach we left promptly and as Neils was such a great guide we had almost a VIP tour of Chamonix being able to be the very first in lines or very last to experience sunrise and sunset moments on the tour. This trip was just simply magical and that’s the best way to explain the best day. We had plenty of downtime to explore Chamonix and Mont Blanc and were given top recommendations so also got to enjoy some fantastic fondue and French pastries. Would 10000% recommend this tour to anyone looking to book. Deffo upgrade for the best experience and unforgettable views/moments.

  It has been quite good but I found that the guide has been unexplanatory and has not given many details of anything in particular, and for lack of time could not climb the last terrace of Mont Blanc, and that I think was for lack of organization

• Disappointing Tour Due to Poor Planning and Lack of Weather Awareness

  Our guide was personable and interesting; however, when you invest in a guided excursion, you expect expertise and informed decision-making — otherwise you could simply do the trip on your own. To me, the mark of a good tour operator is the ability to anticipate conditions and adjust the plan. This tour included a cable car ride to the summit of Aiguille du Midi. The day was very cloudy, yet we were reassured that the views at the top would be worth it. Once we arrived, visibility was zero — only dense clouds. Given today’s readily available weather data, this seemed predictable. Despite the lack of visibility, our time at the summit was not shortened. We waited until the scheduled return time, and by then the gondola had closed due to high winds. Large crowds were leaving at once, which delayed us about 30 minutes. By that time, the glacier gondola — and the second half of the tour to Mer de Glacé — had also closed, so that portion of the experience was canceled. Instead, we spent about 90 minutes in Chamonix — a charming town, but not the experience we paid for — and returned to Geneva early. The total cost was $540 USD, and the refund provided was only $53 USD, which does not seem proportionate to what was missed. With limited vacation days, we would never have chosen to spend nearly $500 and a full day on this outcome. In my opinion, the guide should have pivoted and visited the glacier first, or the tour should have been canceled entirely so guests could choose another activity, or we should have been contacted in advance that there was a strong likelihood of heavy cloud cover at the summit and given the opportunity to opt out before committing our time and money to the day. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of planning, awareness, or adaptability expected from a professional tour provider.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our guide, Niels. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the mountains and shared so many interesting insights along the way. He also went above and beyond by recommending great local places to eat, which really added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was how caring and attentive he was to everyone in the group. Niels has such an animated and engaging way of guiding that it made the tour feel very interactive and genuinely fun. You could tell he really enjoys what he does, and that energy was contagious. Managing a group of around 20 people, all with different interests and expectations, is no easy task but Niels handled it effortlessly. He made us feel safe, well-guided, and included throughout the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would 100% recommend Niels to anyone looking for an informative, enjoyable, and well-organised experience. He truly made our trip so memorable!

  My guide for the day was Niels. The journey was smooth and scenic. Since it was a big group travelling, we had to be attentive to Niels when he gave us instructions and informations. I had a great time at Charmonix Mont Blanc. The views were spectacular but not enough time to shop around the village which gives me the opportunity to return in the near future.

  It was a brilliant experience and the tour guide Neils was comical and very knowledgeable. Even though we had a few hiccups due to technical issues on the cable carts, Neils made sure the day wasn’t wasted. I would highly recommend.

  It's an active day of walking and definitely be prepared for weather changes. Tour guide was interesting and very knowledgeable.

  Trip booked for Sat 8 Nov, months in advance, cancelled at 7pm evening before. Supposed technical issues and weather sited, despite weather being mild and bright. Lots of other Geneva landmarks closed for maintenance this weekend, so I suspect tour possibly wasn't ever happening this weekend, if that's a yearly event. Why take booking in first place for this weekend? Very disappointed as trip was meant to be the highlight for a special birthday celebration.
