5.00Sue sent us a photo of herself standing by our car so we could easily recognise her after leaving the ship, which was such a thoughtful touch. She greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and clearly explained the plan for the duration of the trip. Sue was lovely, professional and extremely knowledgeable, she certainly knew her stuff. We would highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for a well organised, informative and enjoyable experience.

5.00We had a wonderful time with Trinh and "Rom". Trinh's English is perfect and she made sure to meet our every request. She checked with us which attractions were of interests to us and which attractions we wanted to skip due to mobility issues. My husband was amazed with the wealth of knowledge that Trinh has of all areas and attractions. Trinh took some wonderful pictures of us to remember the areas. We had a wonderful lunch with tasty dishes. So much food but a wonderful introduction to local produce and dishes. My husband totally appreciated Trinh's use of her hat as a fan to help keep him cool. Today, at lunch we reviewed all of our tours over the past 3 weeks and Trinh's tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Wonderful communication from HTC and we would definitely book another tour with Trinh on our next trip.

5.00Had a great day with our tour guide Misa and driver Y. Pickup was easy and prompt as our vehicle was right at the end of the pier and waiting for us when we left the ship. Our tour vehicle was clean and comfortable for our party of four. All of our attractions were great but I enjoyed the bamboo boats and traditional lunch. Misa spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited, country history and Vietnamese culture, traditions and religions. I would highly recommend this tour. Special thanks to Misa and Y for making our vacation memorable.

5.00We arranged a tour with Joey few weeks before the tour. He worked with us to customize an itinerary that fits our needs. Provided updates the day before with details on the guide and how to navigate the port to reach the meetup location We went to marble mountain, ancient town, and coconut boat. We went to a family owned restaurant that served local speciality, Bún bò Huế. Tour was not rushed and was able to get some souvenirs. Tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

5.00Had a fabulous day with guide Thuy. Visited DaNang dragon Bridge, Hoi An heritage area and coconut village. Had amazing lunch with so much delicious food. Tried the egg coffee. Our guide was wonderful and took lots of photos of us. Highly recommend.
