Your day starts with a guided tour of Westminster Abbey, skip-the-line entry included.
Strolling through St James Park, your next stop will be Buckingham Palace's exterior. Here you'll enjoy a crash course to the royal family & witness the *changing of the guard ceremony.
The last stop before lunch will be 10 Downing Street, where great minds like Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher made crucial decisions that influenced the nation.
After a quick lunch break, you'll enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Thames Clipper service, where you can sit back and relax as your guide points out some of the famous sites along the waterside.
Last on the Itinerary is a guided tour of the Tower of London. your guide will teach you about the significance of this castle throughout the centuries, and have a chance to visit some of the Castle's rooms before proceeding to visit the British Crown Jewels.

Please note that the Changing of the Guard currently occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays only. On alternate days, we will see the Changing of the Guard at the Horse Guards Parade instead.
The Changing of the Guard schedule is subject to change or cancellation by British authorities, sometimes due to weather, with little notice. In case of cancellation, you'll enjoy a guided walking tour of Westminster instead.

She was Knowledgeable, engaging, and so thoughtful with our family—especially the kids—she brought the city’s history to life in a way that was both fun and meaningful. 5.00Genevieve was our tour guide and she was off the chart smart! She has such a sweet demeanor about her and was so knowledgeable about literally everything! I highly recommend her and left with so much knowledge about all the places that we visited!

4.00Our tour guide Dan was Fantastic!! He was knowledgeable and fun thru the day and always made sure we had perfect vantage points for the experience. He is top notch!! Our booking was misleading. We thought we had purchased a full day tour that included a river cruise and Tower of London tour with the Crown Jewels. As I contacted customer service our agent Andrea did not clear up our questions. When we arrived our thought as we still were embarking on a full day tour as that was in both our booking email as well as our itinerary in my Viator app. I asked Andrea if I could send her an Email with what I saw in my itinerary and she never responded. Unprofessional. Very disappointed when our day was cut short. We loved the portion of the tour we received from Dan. We will question in the future if Viator is the right platform to book upcoming tours. Very poor customer service

5.00What an absolutely amazing tour! We walked and saw and walked some more - and our guide ensured we didn't miss anything!! This is the BEST option for this type of tour, hands down. This tour provided bluetooth headsets so our guide could be fully around a corner and down the hall a bit and we could still hear him perfectly. Everywhere was busy and crowded (it was Christmas Break, after all) and we never missed any of his insights or suggestions. He was warm and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about so many areas of London. The boat ride was a good respite from walking, as was the break for lunch. Everything was so well coordinated and covered, I couldn't have asked for a better tour for our large family group. If we're ever in London again, we're doing this tour with the group for sure!
Too bad about the listening devices

4.00Arianna was a great guide, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the provided listening devices didn't work great in the windy weather and when we were more than a few feet away. We may have missed some facts, but the day was full of plenty nonetheless. A lot of walking, so the brief time on the boat from Westminster to Tower of London was a welcome respite.
