Darwin Harbour Cruises
Your cruise will depart from DOCK 3, located at the very end of Stokes Hill Wharf, city side. Crew members will meet you under the large blue umbrellas and will commence boarding 30-minutes prior to the cruise departure time. Generally you will leave Stokes Hill Wharf, travel along the Esplanade cruising along at 4 knots past the Larrakeyah Naval barracks, Cullen Bay and Fannie Bay. Your experienced skipper reserve the right to change the route subject to tidal conditions, guest’s safety and comfort. Tidal conditions determine how close to the coast the 'Charles Darwin' can operate. You will experience a Sunset on Darwin Harbour followed by Darwin’s skyline lit up at night.

2.00Just didn’t get served, we had a middle table and you get seated and served by your table waitress or waiter and as they served three tables either side, it ended up with one of the other tables asking them why not serving then they said oops sorry but then never got any better including meals , drinks etc so half a hour back from docking did I not give the manager in charge a blast as he said there was supposed to be a waiter in charge of your table, still not sure who that was yet but won’t be back , I even went to the bar to get a drink when I had none earlier on and they said will get the waiter to you and that didn’t happen and by then a lot of people where eating, just ruined the night.

5.00Just been on this cruise and what a wonderful experience. Relaxing evening in a lovely setting watching the sunset whilst enjoying a lovely buffet. The food was plentiful and very tasty and a great opportunity to try some Australian cuisine. The food was served before the sunset, so got to go up on the top deck to watch after having main course then came back for more. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Erica for looking after us

5.00The food and service was wonderful - best barramundi ever ! We saw a spectacular sunset and the trip on the water was calm and smooth . I highly recommend this trip. The staff are all young and fabulous

1.00We were last table to buffet for both main and desert. Very little left.. Others were having seconds before we had firsts. Only thing well organised was payasyougo drinks!
Watching the sun setting from the balcony of the boast was lovely. But only a few actually saw it

3.00Even though it’s a dinner cruise. We were still headed directly toward the sun setting so unless you got up and went out in the deck. You would’ve missed it. We were seated and service was great. But buffet food was served almost immediately. It would be nice to watch the sunset first. Then return for dinner once the sun has set. The food was only average. Plenty there. But the standard of food was disappointing for the cost it also seemed rushed. Straight after dinner was cleared. Desert was served and we felt rushed. Bar closing as we were coming back to the dock. A 3 hour more relaxed cruise would have been nicer. And the other guests we met. Also very much agreed. We wanted to see the spectacular sunset and enjoy dinner. But wasn’t quite the case. Some elderly people never actually saw it set. Windows were dirty and resulted in photos smudged look.
