The experience itself was fun and interesting, with a friendly crew. My biggest takeaway, however was very negative, but before the trip: this activity/tour is NOT wheelchair accessible, despite being billed to the contrary. My wheelchair did not fit up the ramp (I was using a standard transport chair) and the ramp incline was 40 degrees easily. If wheelchair accessibility is part of your planning (as it was mine), please keep that in mind.
