  Took a private tour with Kazia tour. My guide was miss Akmos and she was wonderful. Friendly and professional. Took really good care of me. It was very well organized by Kazia tour.

  I recently spent 6 days in Almaty. Gulzat worked to organize my time in Kazakhstan so that I would have the best experience at an affordable price for a solo traveler. She arranged for me to join a wonderful couple with guide Diana on a trip to Kaindy and Kolsai Lakes with a wonderful lunch at a Guesthouse in between. Diana is a delightful, intelligent and knowledgeable Guide who was able to answer any questions that we had along the way. These lakes are well worth seeing and Diana was able to make the day a memory that will last a lifetime. I had taken a walking tour of Almaty with Gulzat a couple of days earlier where we started the day at Shymbulak ski resort and Medeu skating rink and then proceeded to take a walk through the centre of Almaty. It was an amazing, relaxed walk through a beautiful clean city. Gulzat went above and beyond in helping to a positive experience in Kazakhstan. Upon hearing that I had been taken advantage of by taxi scammers at the airport at my arrival, she took it upon herself along with the help of CCTV footage and an Almaty police detective to track down the culprits, retreive my money and translate for me as I made a police report. I will always s remember the many ways that Gulzat helped during my time in Kazakhstan. If you choose Qasia Tours you will get a top-level professional job from hard working team.

  Very good tour My tour guide was the best she knows a lot about the places we went too,she is a very good at singer as-well Would 100 percent recommend this tour to anyone. And the views and food is really nice plus getting the horse up the mountain was really cool.

  We were a group of 7 people and booked the tour 1 night before departure. I contacted Gulzat and told her where I would like to visit. In a short period, she arranged everything with a reasonable price which surprised me how efficient she was! Our tour guide was Yerbo who can speak fluent English. It was a really nice trip with him because he is a kind and professional tour guide! He told us many stories and background information about the places and even brought us to some spots where less people know it. He was very thoughtful that he tried his best to fulfill every individual's need! I was so lucky and glad that I could find people like them and they just made my day!!   Gulzat was an excellent guide and arranged pick up at the airport when i landed so we could start the drive out to the lakes. She provided a good history of the sites and led the hikes at a good pace with lots of time for pictures and breaks if needed.
