  Travelers learn a surprisingly detailed account of Manchester before heading over to the Peak District. It was great historical information that I didn't expect to receive! The stops and the house are beautiful as one would expect. It was an especially nice treat for our guide to add an extra Pride and Pejudice stop along the way back.

  We thoroughly enjoyed the tour from Manchester through the beautiful Peaks District and on to Chatsworth House. Simon was an entertaining and informative driver, filling us in on the history of Manchester along the way. We stopped at Boxton to “ take the waters” and the bustling Market Town of Bakewell, before arriving at the stunning Chatsworth Hose. We had plenty of time to tour the house and wander the gardens before heading back through the hills to Manchester. The one negative was the directions to the bus pick up were confusing. It needs to be made clearer which entrance to leave Piccadilly Station, as store street does not run off the road in front of the stations main exit. In the end we had to take a lift down to the streets behind the station. It was lucky we had given ourselves plenty of time.

  It was a great experience, however, I wish we were given a bit more time at Chatsworth house. We hadn't seen everything.

  We had such a wonderful time on our tour and it’s all because of our tour guide, Chris. I was traveling with my mother who has some mobility challenges. While we accepted that there were just some things we wouldn’t be able to see (stops for the smaller towns do require a short walk), he went above and beyond to make sure we not only were able to get into Bakewell but also helped us arrange a wheelchair for us when we were told a pre-booking wasn’t possible at Chatsworth. The area was beautiful and the tour was informative, but I will always support Rabbie’s tours from now on because they hired a man like Chris.

  Chris was amazing, he genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area, Manchester, and the little small cities you visit. You could not be in better hands, I wish there were more tour guides like Chris that bring the experience to life.
