1. Upon booking is confirmed, kindly let us know your pick up location address in Johor Bahru or your flight number if you are taking a flight to Senai Airport 2. I believe there are less expensive methods - $199 USD is a bit much- used to do it with a Malay taxi for significantly less. They were on time and delivered me to my destination. It took a while to get a receipt. prior to pickup Viator sent too many "updates"
