Join this adventure from Valladolid to discover the magnificent pre-Hispanic city of Chichen itza.
Our tour starts with pick up from your accommodation (6:45 a.m. / 7:00 a.m.) as you are the first to arrive you will enjoy Chichen itza avoiding the heat and crowds. Upon arrival, our certified local guide will explain everything related to Mayan culture. (1.50 hours) and enjoy at least 40 minutes of free time.
After exploring Chichen Itza, the adventure continues with a visit to three Cenotes. Surrounded by the stunning rainforest that characterizes our state of Yucatan: ikkil, Xkeken and samula cenotes.
You will also enjoy a delicious traditional lunch in a local restaurant, handmade tortillas and flavors of the region await you.
It is an exclusive experience, designed for very small groups. You will enjoy this tour without haste and at your own pace.

Chichen Itza
We will begin this adventure by collecting to travelers at their hotel by 7 a.m. to arrive at Chichen Itza before the crowds and heat. We will enjoy a guided tour led by one of our certified guides who will show you the most surprising corners of the ancient Mayan city of Chichen Itzá. On this tour we will talk about architecture, culture, art and history and with a little luck you will also learn a little of the Mayan language. Don't miss the opportunity to get to know Chichen Itza through its temples and palaces that have prevailed for centuries. On the tour we will visit the Great Ball Court, one of the largest in all of Mexico, the temple of the warriors, we will talk about the imposing sacred cenote and of course one of the 7 wonders of the modern world, the Kukulkan temple, among other buildings.
Cenote Ik kil
After the hot but very interesting hike in Chichen Itza, we will move to one of the most beautiful cenotes in the region, there we will swim slowly and at your own pace. It is very important to follow safety protocols in the cenote.

5.00Very good experience. Sergio picked us up from the hotel and took us to Chichen Itza and then to 3 cenotes. Very friendly, we ate very well at lunch. Eyder, the guide of Chichen Itza, very friendly also and answered all our questions. We loved this tour

5.00We had perfect day with this tour! Our guide Martin was very knowledgeable about chichen itza and had such a good way of communicated. We learned so much from him and he was very interesting to listen to and answered all our questions that we had during the tour. Our driver Sergio that was with us throughout the day was an excellent driver, and took very good care of us at the different cenotes. He was very informative and during our lunch we were even able to see how they made tortillas. This was the perfect way to see chichen itza and cenotes in a small group (we were only 4 people total). I would highly recommend this tour to my friends!

5.00Well planned, transport was very good , going to Chichen itza in the morning is your best strategy in order to avoid the crowds and the heat. Followed by a beautiful cenote, then an authentic myan lunch. Great way to spend a day!

5.00Prompt pickup at the hotel early This company contacted us the day before and offered to buy our skip the line tickets for the ruins , at the box office price which was handy Special thanks to Martín our top notch guide. His English was clear and he spoke with intelligence and passion about Chichen itza . The 3 cenotes were interesting and the lunch was fine also. We recommend this trip for a trouble free and pleasant day.

5.00Excellent tour all around! They checked in with us the night before with all the information we needed for a smooth pick up. The driver was punctual and friendly. They purchased tickets (at the correct price) for Chichen Itxa entrance ahead of time. We were one of the first groups and making it nice for photos and to not be in the extreme heat. Our guide Enrique was great!! Perfect amount of history without inundating us. The driver was clear as he drove us to lunch and the cenotes, whenever we were done with one stop he was suddenly right there with a bottle of cold water. Normally don’t go for these early AM tours but 100% worth it for such a full day!!

5.00Despite being a bit pricey this tour is definitely worth it. The early pick up meant we beat the crowds for most of Chichen Itza which was great. Enrico was a great guide with a lot of history knowledge. The cenotes are amazing and all unique. I’d recommend not looking at too many photos before you go so that you can get the wow factor like we did :)

5.00We had an amazing tour at Chichen Itza and 3 cenotes with Lakintours. I first thought that it was a bit pricy but eventually looking back I think that it was totally worth it because everything was simply perfect. Communication to get things organised was super clear and fast, no hidden costs, full transparency. The tour is organised for small groups and I like it a lot (we were a group of 3). Our driver, Gustavo, was the sweetest person: he drives carefully, he was super caring and patient, nicely discussing about his region, and he was super punctual, which was highly appreciated when waiting at 6.55 to be picked up. The tour itself was awesome: we arrived at Chichen Itza before it opened, so we were among the first ones in. There was therefore no crowd and the temperature was still fine. I am very happy that we had a guide to explain us the ruins, we learned a lot. Then, the visit of the cenotes was also perfect, it was enough time to fully enjoy a bath in each of the cenotes and to take pictures. Lunch was incredible, we had a super nice meal with one drink included. Overall, it was a great experience and I can only recommend Lakintours for those who seek high quality, authentic (almost private) tour at Chichen Itza and 3 cenotes (Ik kil, Xkeken and Manula). Big thanks again to Gustavo!

5.00Everything about this tour was wonderful. Our driver was amazing, the tour itself of Chichen Itza was informative and worth going early because there were not a lot of people and it wasn’t too hot. The three cenotes were incredible and the meal was delicious. We even got the chance to make our own tortillas! Overall, 10/10 experience and worth every penny and more.
