5.00If you are looking for a tour departing from Cancun, I would highly recommend. You will see Mayan Ruins, get to experience the Mayan culture, swim in a Cnote, and try out some Tequila. Lunch is also included on this tour. My tour guide Cesar was great as was his assistant Marco. The driver Enrique was also very nice.

3.00The overall locations and actual bus ride was good. My primary issue was the logistics, or lack thereof, in planning of this excursion. We were told to meet in Tulum at the Super Aki at 7:20, in fact 10 mins early. Then the bus pickup proceeded to be an hour and 10 mins late. Then when we were picked up, there were no apologies at all, and instead of getting us back on track with the tour, they proceeded to take us to a gift shop for an entire hour, which was a waste of our time. We then were driven around an hour late for everything, when we made it to Valladolid, we only stayed there 30 mins when we could’ve cut the gift shop portion entirely so we could actually enjoy the town. Guides and bus drivers were nice and knowledgeable, but we did not feel compelled to leave a tip or leave a good review as we felt like our time was wasted and unappreciated.

5.00Hugo is a great guide that carries travelers to the heart of Mayan culture. The tour was excellent, but Hugo goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

5.00Great experience, would recommend the cenote and seeing Chichen Itza, It was totally worth it. Martín and Edwin were both very helpful and welcoming. Be sure you bring enough water/Gatorade and snacks! Although lunch was included, we crossed over from eastern time zone to central time zone, so you don't actually eat lunch til 3-4PM EST (depends if you choose to go to the cenote or eating first). I can't stress the enough to BRING WATER. We brought 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of Gatorade, but felt that it wasn't enough :') It is so hot even in February, and the worst thing thing to be is dehydrated in hot blazing sunshine! Also, if you bring water shoes for the cenote, they are very handy.

5.00Great information. Plenty of time spent at each site. The tour company was great! 5 stars. Martin was fabulous. The drive is quite long so use the bathroom around the long drives there and back. The little Mayan town before Chichen Itza was cute, with a ceremonial proceeding fun to take part in. Cenote was well worth the wait. Cold! I think it’s probably worth to prepay for the locker and life jacket cause you need a life jacket to get in the Cenote and a locker most likely to hold your bags while you swim. You can fit 2-3 bags in 1 locker so maybe just 1 person prepay. Bring a towel, they do not provide. I could have skipped the last stop in Vallolodid as I was very tired. But at least it was a quick 30 min stop and where the tequila tasting occurred, which was fun. Something out of their control was if you’re at the Breathless Riviera they cannot directly pick you up at the resort and you need to taxi to a gas station. The driver was 30min late to this pick up location. Another grievance out of their control was the constant noise from the vendors at Chichen Itza. Overall, lots of sales pitches and just kind of a nuisance to work around. Still recommend the experience especially if you’re staying 7 days at a Cancún resort and would like to break it up. It’s a long day!

5.00Went with Marlin and Edwin. The experience was excellent. The tour was well coordinated all around. Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as lunch isn't until around 3-4 PM EST. The lockers were large enough to fit two backpacks. The tour guides speak English well, and they helped make the experience very smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend!
The tour guides Edwin and Martin was very organized and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every part of the tour.
