Excellent organisation and prompt service, tour was one of my favourites. Only a 10 minute grace period for time waster. Was nice not to be waiting for people for a change.

The tour overall was great except that it was extremely hot that day which of course is not the fault of the tour guide. Our tour guide Alfredo was very knowledgable and enlightened us with stories of the Mayan culture both inside the bus and when we reached Chichen Itza. I commend the tour guide for his commitment because he led the tour in extreme heat without complaining. Great tour overall.

The bus and drive were very comfortable, making the journey easy and relaxing. Special kudos to our tour guide, Alfredo, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English very well. The swim experience at the cenote was absolutely perfect! The only small downside was the quality of the open buffet, but that’s not enough to drop my rating. Overall, a fantastic tour that I would highly recommend!

It was a great trip to Chichen Itza and Cesar was a wonderful tour guide through the day! Like other reviews said, be prepared for a long day. The cenote was very fun and refreshing after Chichen Itza. One thing is that it would be good if you can eat breakfast before you get on the tour bus and bring snacks as well. You won't eat lunch until about 2-3pm! Also, bring plenty of water or other fluids (w/electrolytes) as it is very HOT/HUMID at Chichen Itza. You can rent umbrellas at Chichen Itza which is worth it!
