RED FLAGS!!!! 1) your team kept changing the pick up time. 2) the driver didn’t wait 5 mins for us knowing that we had to walk outside of the resort while all other excursion companies were allowed to pick others inside of the resort (super sketchy). 3) after paying for our admission, they demanded more money ($40 extra) per person for “tax”? Why not charge the “tax” with our admission fee? (HELLA SKETCHY). It’s all good though, my bank will be giving us our money back. Too many red flags!

Hola hola Coca Cola! Caesar was excellent, detailed, helpful and really funny! Both him and the driver made the magic work! They made the tour smooth and entertaining. Caesar is very knowledgeable and engaging with his knowledge of Mayan culture which really added to the immersion of the trip. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We had an amazing time on this day trip—definitely one of the highlights of our vacation! Here are a few things we’d recommend knowing ahead of time: First off, bring your phone’s currency converter—super helpful when shopping or tipping. Our group showed up about 30 minutes late (oops), but the guides—Victor and Alfredo—were absolute pros. Super educational, funny, and just great people to spend the day with. Best food we had the whole trip. No contest. If you want authentic Mexican food, you’ll need to leave the resort bubble—and it’s so worth it. Be prepared for the heat if you're going in summer. We’re talking intense sun, so pack a hat, umbrella, breathable clothes, and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! What to Expect: First stop: a fascinating Mayan calendar demonstration and a traditional cleansing ceremony—beautiful and welcoming. Oh, and truly the best bathroom in Mexico (yes, really). The visit supports local education, so you know your money is going to a great cause. Chichén Itzá was stunning—well-maintained, clean, and packed with history. Just a heads-up: it involves a good bit of walking, so wear comfy shoes. It’s not very handicap-accessible, so plan accordingly. The cenote swim was a personal highlight—totally cathartic, absolutely gorgeous, and very well-kept. If you want photos of you jumping or swimming, let the photographer know beforehand—the shots are great and priced very reasonably. Bonus: they’ll email you free postcard-style photos to print at home! Extras: We stopped for street churros—SO good. The tequila tasting was a surprise hit. Much smoother and more flavorful than what we're used to in the U.S. We had no issues bringing it through airport security since it was sealed and had a QR code (no extra taxes either). A Few Final Tips: It’s a long day—about 13 hours for us door-to-door—but totally worth every minute. There’s no WiFi on the bus, but it does have light A/C and a bathroom (for #1 only). All in all, highly recommend this experience! Come prepared, and you’ll have an unforgettable day.

The day was wonderful. We had a good amount of time at each spot (recognizing we did a lot). Cesar was an amazing guide; one of the best I’ve had on any guided trip. The bus is air conditioned. You get to stop at reputable shops. Chichen Itza was wonderful (rent the umbrella for some extra shade). The swim in the cenote was magical. The buffet lunch was some of the best food I had on the trip. And the last stop in the town was enchanting. Overall a great trip and well worth the money. Yes, it take some time to pick everyone up and drop them off, but it wasn’t horrible at all. Book the trip! We bought the all-included ticket which was nice because I didn’t have to worry about buying extra things at any stop.
