Good for those on a budget

5.00This tour was good for us as we are travelling on a low budget and so this helped counter the high admission fee. We followed the instructions on the app and it worked great. We used wireless headphones between us with one in each persons ear. I do worry on the impact this will have on local guides but with admission being £70 for two people we didn’t have much alternative.

4.00Really good audio tour, useful if you are on a budget and don’t want to hire a guide. Gave me a great summary of the history of the site and a route to follow. It is slightly annoying that if you walk from one zone to another it will stop the track you’re listening to and automatically start playing the next, it would be good if it would complete the one you’re listening to. Also some zones didn’t start playing automatically and I had to select them, but these are just small niggles, I’d still really recommend it! Make sure to download it when you have wifi, and if it doesn’t work at first close all the other apps on your phone.

5.00Was a nice tour and definitely value for money. We listened to him completely and did everything at a slow pace. We enjoyed it for a total of 3+ hours. Highly recommended for when you want to know more without paying an expensive guide. Tip: don't share your location, because then the explanation may automatically jump when you walk a little too far. This was a little annoying.
