We had an incredible private tour of Chichén Itzá with Josh, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Mayan history and culture. He explained everything in a clear, fascinating way and was happy to answer all of our questions. The private tour made the experience feel relaxed and personal, and Josh did a great job pacing the visit and helping us avoid the busiest areas when possible. We learned so much more than we ever would have on our own. If you’re visiting Chichén Itzá, I can’t recommend Josh enough, this tour was worth every penny.

We got a tour with Josh and he was excellent. He was cordial and polite on the early morning drive from our Mayan Riviera resort to Chichen Itza, and then dialled up the energy when we got there. He was informative and well-spoken. He had visual aids on his iPad and was willing and able to answer all of our questions.
Fantastic trip to Cichen Itza, well worth the early start.

We don’t usually do guided tours but so glad we did this. The company communicated well throughout, the guide Cyril was very informative and had the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. We literally missed the crowds and were first people in. We didn’t do the cenotes as we were staying near some so did this ourselves, but well worth an add on if you cannot do independently.

We had an amazing experience with the Chichen Itza Express tour guided by Eduardo, and with Enrique as our driver. We went as a family with three teenagers who had a lot of questions about Chichen Itza and the history of Mexico. Eduardo was incredibly experienced, patient and personable and made the day truly fantastic. The communication prior to the tour day was outstanding. We would very highly recommend this tour company!

We did a private tour of both sites. Cristina was an amazing tour guide, and Enrique was the best driver. Christina was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and adjusting the tour to a pace that suited our family. We've done group excursions before and this private tour beat them all. An amazing experience and we hope to see Christina again the next time we come out.

Absolute Adventure is a phenomenal tour guiding agency. We booked 2 tours with them, Tulum & Coba day 1 and Chichen Itza Express day 2 and it was worth every penny. We were super lucky to get our guide Christina both days. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of the Yucatan Peninsula and the Mayan people. We learned so much and had a fantastic time every step of the way. Our drivers, Omar and Enrique were excellent as well. Extremely accommodating, polite and they did a marvellous job navigating through the parades and celebrations during the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe holidays during the week of our tours. We are so glad we chose Absolute Adventure for our excursions. It was the best part of our trip and we learned so much! We will be recommending them to anyone looking for a great day trip on their vacation.

Josh and Rodrigo were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to take care of my whole family from 4-74. We got there early enough to beat the crowds. We also experienced a cenote and stopped for a wonderful Mayan lunch. Highly recommend.

Had the best tour with Alex. He was super knowledgeable, loved that he told us a load of info during the journey which made it fly by and meant we could get straight to the good bits and out of the sun (and rain) when we got there. Hotel pick up was smooth, tour was the exact right length and we were given the option a few times to stay longer or move on
