5.00This was a very unique circus experience on a huge scale, and I thought it was very worthwhile. Being American and unable to read Chinese, I appreciated Xaq’s help. He was able to get me an excellent ticket and then arranged transportation with a driver from my hotel, who then waited for me after the show to take me directly home. It was worth it not to have to stress over trying to find a taxi.

5.00On our first night in Guangzhou we organised with Damon to see the Chime-long International Circus. Damon arranged for the driver to pick us up and he messaged us to let us know his whereabouts. The permanent big top is enormous and can seat up to 7,000. Damon arranged VIP seats for us and we were quickly through the turnstiles and in our seats. The circus was close to capacity to see a spectacular show that began with two men either side of the stage being shot out of cannons - I kid you not. What followed was the most amazing and skilful displays of strength and acrobatics and crazy daring we’ve witnessed. Horse riders, high wire flyers, trampolines, divers, motorbike riders, big wheel walkers. Incredible, breathtaking stunts. The stage area was so big you didn’t know where to look: there was action everywhere. We met the driver right outside the venue and headed back to the hotel. A memorable night. Thank you Damon.

5.00We wanted to experience the famous Chimelong International Circus in Guangzhou and asked Damon from Guangzhou Local Tours to handle everything: booking VIP tickets and organizing the entire evening. He exceeded all expectations and made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. Communication with Damon was excellent from the very start. He responded quickly on WhatsApp, understood exactly what we wanted (VIP seats for the best view), and confirmed everything clearly in perfect English. Booking experiences in China can often be tricky due to language barriers and payment systems, but Damon took care of it all without any hassle – we got precisely the premium tickets we requested. On the evening, Damon arranged a safe, professional driver who was non-smoking (much appreciated) and drove a clean, spacious, and comfortable car. Damon provided clear instructions in advance, and the driver went above and beyond by assisting us with ticket collection at the venue and giving helpful directions once we arrived, ensuring we got to our seats stress-free and on time. The circus itself was spectacular, and having VIP seats made it even more enjoyable – we had fantastic views and felt truly spoiled. If you’re visiting Guangzhou and want to see the Chimelong Circus (or any other attraction), I can’t recommend Damon highly enough.
