Nestled in the bustling streets of Singapore’s Chinatown neighbourhood, the Chinatown Heritage Centre comprises three beautifully restored shophouses across three levels, serving as your gateway to the rich stories, spirited culture, and resilience of the community that built this historic district. It is the only place in Singapore that has meticulously recreated the original interiors of its 1950s shophouse tenants, offering an authentic glimpse into the lives of Chinatown's early residents.
Through immersive exhibits, poignant narratives, and vibrant programmes, the Chinatown Heritage Centre brings Chinatown's colourful past to life, showcasing the area's dynamic evolution and connecting its past with the present.

Each ticket admits one person, will be checked at entry, and is valid only on the specified date.
Tickets include access to the Centre’s galleries; queues may be required for entry.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 enjoy free admission.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Last admission is at 6:00 PM; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reschedulable, and void if altered or duplicated.
To protect the exhibits, flash photography, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the Centre.
Guests may use their own mobile device and earpiece for free audio content; multimedia guides are available for rent on-site.
The Centre is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during your visit, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By entering, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken of you on the premises for promotional or commercial purposes.
The Centre reserves the right, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, to change operating hours, restrict access, or close the attraction due to capacity limits, weather, special events, or other reasons.

5.00Insightful with a lot of immersive exhibits to learn more about the history of Chinatown. I was engaged thoroughly learning about my local history so would be a enjoyable time to bring the older and younger generation together to learn and reminisce about the past.

5.00What an unbelievable experience! Admission fee is minimal in comparison with the depth and richness of the exhibits. You can take your time soaking in the sounds and sights of the different levels of exhibits. The staff were amazing, not only welcoming me with the biggest smiles but blessing me with some vouchers for treats in Chinatown! I also got to see how I would look as an opera singer! A must do when visiting Singapore.
