Air conditioned vehicles and open 4x4 on Safaris giving best views and sightings.The full-day safari departs from one of the hotels where you are staying in Victoria Falls a town of 40,000 inhabitants but with excellent hotel infrastructure heading towards the border with Botswana a one-hour van ride away where border crossing formalities are carried out with passport and international yellow fever vaccination certificate and payment of a US$20 fee per person upon return. You then arrive at one of the hotels in the Chobe region to board a boat with drinks available "all inclusive" and bathrooms on board. We may see buffalo, elephants, crocodiles, birds and hippos throughout the journey during approximately three hours of sailing.
Return to the hotel for the included buffet lunch, and after an hour's lunch break, Great well spent half day.
