  We were scheduled to have the lodge pick us up at 6:40, but due to traffic conditions we were picked up around 7:00. Cross the border at Kazungula and enter Botswana. We had a game drive in the morning and lunch was a buffet at the lodge. In the afternoon we enjoyed a boat safari. The staff changed over the border and in the afternoon, but everyone was well attended to.

  Well organized: timous, ease clearances at border and tour guides too an extra effort to enjoy the excursion. Good food

  Henric took care of everything, transfers, organization, excellent, at all times we felt accompanied and safe and is a highly recommended person if you will make a trip to Africa with Safari by the river, as well as any other activity or excursion.   Of all the different guides on our trip to Africa, John at Henric was by far the best! Patient as we had 10 people, and wind changed alot of plans, but he adjusted on the fly.   My wife Denise and I had a fantastic safari trip from Zambia to Botswana that included a game drive and river tour in Chobe National Park. Our driver, John, was excellent, punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful, especially at the border crossing. What really stood out was the conversation during the drive. John gave us great insight into Zambia beyond the tourist spots, covering culture, politics, and the country's unique eco-regions. He was on time for both pickup and drop-off and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We came for the safari, which was breathtaking, but we left with a much richer experience thanks in large part to John. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just the sights, but also a meaningful connection to the people and the land. John & Denise Capelli
