The guide was more than helpful when I came down with severe altitude sickness. Andres was completely prepared - including alcohol inhalation and oxygen. The tour itself was quite beautiful and diverse.

Sunday, March 09, 2025, Altos Del Norte does not assume the service of a booked and paid excursion. Several times contact by phone without answers after hours of waiting at the hotel Amaru Arica.Airplane from Santiago and hotel expenses for this excursion cancelled without notice.Weather on site,good though. Result, waste of money and time.Agency Altos Del Norte, not serious.Anthony Fourcade.

On March 09, 2025 for an excursion to Lake Chungara that was not honored by the provider Altos Del Norte.A reservation made several days before and accept by the operator.We are in couple,air travel from Santiago to Arica,airfare ,hotel expenses ,all for nothing ,we wait hours at our hotel for a pickup.I call the provider about ten times,I leave several messages,nothing done,no answers. This is a lamentable situation for this Altos Del Norte agency, which not only does not contact me but gives me no explanation for its service shortcomings.
